This guy is literally a huge scammer. Not only does he so extremely overpriced scooters and bikes,…read morebut he doesn't even explain or show you any of the important things you must know before driving off especially after letting him know that you are a new driver. He lies about the warranty, he illegally rewrite the warranty from the manufacture, lowering The time you have for replacements, just so he can charge you after 30 days for Repairs and adjustments. He doesn't know the difference between miles in kilometers, and literally lied multiple times about details with the warranty. He will literally sell any Chinese crap and just cross his fingers that he will leave without Knowing what you've got yourself into. Oh let me not forget his disgusting attitude once he does sell you a piece of crap. He will no longer talk to you or cherish you as a customer, instead he will treat you like a bug until you leave his store. He literally didn't even wanna give me an explanation to what was wrong with the scooter, and it's brand new. Less than four months and it doesn't even turn on. He just left my scooter on the side of the road and asked me to leave because I asked for a simple explanation of what is wrong with the scooter. Will be pursuing legal action, as it is completely illegal for him to write on the Bill of sale sale amounts of $1000 when I handed him $2100. Obviously he wrote this lower amount so he doesn't have to pay taxes. And rewriting a warranty is completely illegal especially from the manufacturer. I will not be letting this go as I literally have no way of transportation now because I spent my last couple hundred dollars on this piece of crap and I am dealing with a lot in my life so I cannot buy another way of transportation. Do not shop here. You have better luck buying some thing online straight from the manufacture at a lower price.

And he also forgot to put my front brake pads and by the way he never said anything, my friends was the ones that showed me and when I called him to complain about the brake pads that I paid for and never got installed and screws missing on my gas tank. He said to never come back... I don't recommend to take a nice bike to him or any bike for that matter. When you pay for a service you expect 100% and if you don't you have all the right to call and complain, this is America that's how things work we are not in Latin America ni more. I'm actually putting a police complaint because I need my bike like it was with all original screws and I need my money for the front brake pad and or the hand labor I paid up front.

I brought my motorcycle to Cesar for issues of power loss. He cleaned the carbs and jetted and…read morereturned the bike to me, it rode home fine. Next day it was powerless again. I brought the bike back. Weeks later, same thing, he returns it to me riding good and next day it was powerless. I bring it back to him. Weeks go by, he can't figure it out, he's stalling. I tell him give me the bike back, he stalls some more, I finally demand it back and he tows it to my regular mechanic who said Cesar totally screwed up the carbs, and lost parts that I had to order to get the carbs right again. These are new 34mm side carbs on a '78 kz650, not cheap. Turns out the problem was a bad ignition advancer. Nothing to do with the carbs. I had asked Cesar at least twice to run full electrical checks, apparently he didn't. This guy is king B.S.er, "What's up bro?" fist bump, "hey bro!" Mr. nice guy, etc. while he delays and lies and fakes it. Don't let it fool you. Oh, he also lost a full set of my bike keys during all this and when I made it clear it'll be difficult to make a new steering lock key, he confirmed he had it via phone before I retook the bike. The dupe key didn't come even close to working in the lock, a blatant lie to my face. It's taken me weeks to finally find a locksmith who had the template key to dupe it correctly. Be careful with this shop, he does many things wrong. He did put in new front forks during all this that are working well so far, but now I have doubts that he actually put in sealers as he said he did. All in, my bike was with him from Oct 2020 to end of the year, 3 months wasted along with $600 to get my carbs right again with my regular mechanic, plus the $400 I had pre-paid Cesar. Oh, Cesar also said my regulator wasn't working right and bike wasn't charging, even gave me a cheap tender. My mechanic says regulator is fine, bike charges fine to this day. Oh, and he hasn't returned my calls or texts when I explained the outcome of my bike. I've given him opportunity to respond to my issues with him. So, here's your review, bro. If I could give zero stars I would. George

I think I found my new Porsche place even if it's an hour drive. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Very clean bathroom and waiting area was nice and even provided munchies, coffee, cold sodas and water, gratis. They've been doing this for a while and are doing things right (as you'll see from the many awards they've won over the years). Did a great job with my annual maintenance, mostly consisting of changing oil and checking electronics, sensors on Tire Pressure Sensors (which were off) which they filled tires, reset sensors (no additional charge) and everything else was good to go. Alerted me to substantial tire wear without trying to push tire purchase on me as they would many other places. Prices very reasonable and without a doubt a long way from Dealership prices or some of these HOIDY TOIDY shops, (no names of course). Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE (hard to find these days). I will be back!
