My elderly parents took their suv to Artemisa to get their AC fixed. They paid $281 were told that if they had any issues to bring the truck back and they would fix the issue and not pay anything additional within 4 days they had an explosion in which all the liquid they claim was freon spilled all over their driveway. At that point their AC completely broke. They went back to Artemisa and where told that the repair would be over $1k and that they had to replace the compressor. My folks are elderly they have a fix income and these incompetent employees are prying on the elderly. My mom requested to speak to the owner after getting home, he advised her to bring the car back, they stopped by on their way to a dr's appointment in hialeah days later and the so called owner was not around. She requested for him to call her back and he never did,. Now they have a $281 bill and a completely broken ac, this company as well as the owner and it's incompetent employees should be ashamed of themselves. Please do not go to this place, they are by far the worst air conditioning repair shop in Miami.

I felt that if you don't swagger in talking the Havana way, your service experience may be a little different. If you walk in with an attitude then you will receive service with an attitude.
