I am shocked and saddened that this place is still open. It is a dump. And they will rip you off every single time. Fraud, scam, thieves. Just check with the Better Business Bureau. There are multiple places in South Beach that rent scooters cars etc. This one is notorious for not giving deposit, overcharging credit card, and creating fake parking tickets. Avoid this place at all costs. It does not deserve one star. In fact it deserves zero stars, it needs to be shut down and closed. read more

This scooter shop location is perfect, directly on Collins Ave. The customer service was great. I rented two scooters here for $100.00 each, which is very reasonable in pricing. They do hold 4 or $500 on your card for incidentals. Scooters are the best way to get around South Beach do to parking. But after this rental, i'd rather had jus walked around the strip. The reason i'm giving this business 1 star is because the scooters are HORRIBLE and out dated !! the breaks SQUEAK HORRIBLY BAD. It was very embarrassing riding around South Beach with 2 EXTRMEMLY loud scooters while breaking. we did take them back and the employees did something to stop the squeaking noise but that only lasted for abt 1 minute then both scooters were back loud and embarrassing !! I'll never rent from here again, I was very displeased with these scooters. SMH read more

So my boyfriend and I came to Miami Beach for a week and found this place on Yelp. It didn't have a lot of stars but we figured we still try it out. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Nick is the one who helped us and hooked us up with great prices and was very friendly and awesome! We had so much fun using the scooters and are very happy we found this place for next time we come back. Thank you to Nick!! 10/10 stars for him read more

Scooters South Beach - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Nice and friendly staff, very helpful about to make your trip nice and safe! But the scooters are in really bad condition, I got one with no lights and no horn, couldn't close the trunk, with some more stuffs missing! read more

All his motorcycles are broken and weak condition, bad customer service, he will cuss you out, took my 250 deposit and never returned it back, never coming back here and i will never recommend going this place, customers are always fighting with the owner because he is very rude. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT RUINED MY TRIP, NEVER COME HERE. read more

Great service and great scooters! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Great way to explore Miami.

This place is horrible. They won't refund my $500 deposit even though We did nothing wrong. Don't go here they are scammers and won't return anyone's deposits. Avoid this place at all costs, you will lose your money. read more

If I can give this place a -100, I would. If you go to this place you're asking to get your money stolen. He stole me and my friends deposit and he did this to many other people. 500$ were taken from us for no reason at all. We asked him what the reason was for and he was rude and cussing at us. Scammers. All these reviews that are 5 stars are workers at this place. read more

Dude was pretty cool during the rental. Then after asking when they open, guy says 10am. I said perfect, because our flight is at noon. That would allow us time to drop off the scooter at 10, get our deposit and go to the airport. After explaining this and clarifying the day before, he tells us he would be there at 9:45am. Guy shows up at 10:30am! Now I'm missing my flight. Thanks guys! You rock! Feel free to rent a moped here, just don't rely on them to be professional by opening on time if you are trying to get to the airport at a certain time. Other wise your scooter rental goes from 65$ a day to 165$ after tacking on missed flight cost. read more

Ilan was great! He's very friendly and made sure to check up on us. Great to work with and enjoyed the scooter rental.

SCAMMER!!! do not rent a scooter from this guy. He will give you very good prices to lure you in. Although, when you return the scooter, he will find any excuse not to give you your large deposit fee of $250 back. His employee explained to me that this always happens and that is how he makes his money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy unless you want to spend $700+ on scooter rentals for 2 days. Terrible service. Scammers. Ruined my trip. read more

Scooters are the best way to get around the area and this place is quick and cheap. Bring cash, cash deposit and cash for a couple days and your off on your way. Take you own pictures of the scooter as well as they will so if there are any discrepancies you can deal with them The guys behind the counter are nice and they will also help you out with places to go during your stay. read more

This place is amazing. Good rates and Nick set us up with a great scooter. I'll definitely be coming back first chance I get.

Best place to rent from! They won't try to rip you off and over charge like everywhere else in south beach. I would highly recommend.

Amazing place, with great choices of rides and prices! We had the car all day for $100 versus one hour for $100 as we were told by a competitor. read more

Scoooters south beach was an accessible scooter rental in south beach. They were prompt and efficient delivering their services. I would strangler consider renting from them again. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! HORRIBLE place!!! Owner Lian is a disgusting excuse for a human being and business owner and knows nothing about customer service. His scooters suck a** too, my husband and rented two, mine ran out of gas and the tank read full still, so we had to push it many miles to a gas station. When we got back and told this jerk what happened he said it was our fault for not calling him. We were a bit far and decided it was better to just do it ourselves rather then wait for someone to come. We weren't asking for anything, just telling the jerk what happened but he wanted to fight instead of apologizing for his crappy scooters. So now I'm letting everyone know what an a**hole this Lian owner guy is and how crappy his scooters are. There are many nice places to get your scooters at in Miami, do not go there!!!! His employees were helpful amd nice, he should learn from them. Kim read more

Easy process to rent the scooters and had a great time. I had the fastest scooter so I had no complaints. The deposit for each scooter was $200.00. We also took a ride down Ocean Drive and decided to park our HOGS like we were in a real motorcycle gang across from the Colony Hotel for some refreshments and a bite to eat. We were unsure on wether or not we should pay for one scooter or all four since we were taking up only one parking spot. We all decided we'd rather pay a little to park each scooter as opposed to paying a large fine later. It so happened Parking Enforcement pulled up right after we sat down so I had to go ask if we were right in paying four separate times instead of grouping us all in one. He said that He saw us parking and came by to commend us on figuring out that we had to pay for parking each individual scooter for most folks don't. So if you do Park don't forget that tip. We had a blast!!!! read more

Very helpful people at the desk and the scooters were a lot of fun to ride around south beach. Had a couple people stop me to ask where to get the scooters and rent them. Highly recommend coming here and will come next time I am in town as they have more than just mopeds to rent. read more

They are terrible the worst experience ever! The scooter broke down on the side of the road. They left us on the side of the road for 3 hours. Then they told us it was $250.00 dollars to pick us up. Then I look at my credit card bill they charged us $540.00 dollars. I could have bought a scooter for this price. Read others reviews on Google. read more

We rented 4 scooters. Reasonably priced at $49/day, scooters really allow you to explore SoBe without fighting traffic and parking. The guys were helpful outfitting us with bikes that matched our abilities. There are alternate drop-off points in case 5th and Meridian isn't convenient to your hotel. read more

Very bad experience. Arranged through hotel. Was ticketed and towed following day from hotel valet area where they had dropped it off. Owner told me I should've known better. And I had to go retrieve from tow yard at cost of $280. Owner yelled at me and hung up. Then tried to overcharge. Awful. read more

Super friendly guys, great service, the whole rental process was quick and simple. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Miami.

Came to miami for a bacehlor party and needed 10 mopeds quick. Mr. Ilan Atun was able to take care of us with 10 mopeds on the spot. The process was very quick and hassle free. Scooters South Beach had us on our way with our mopeds right away. Thanks for the good times! read more

Elan was very helpful. We rented 12 mopeds and he made sure we were all set to take the cruise down Ocean Ave. We had a large group so the staff was very patient with us and before you know it we hit the road. I did have some trouble starting my moped as the battery died. Gave Elan a call and he offered to come get me but also was able to guide me to start the bike up again. Thank you ELAN! Our group had a blast! read more

Best place to rent in South Beach! Quick and easy process, and the owner is so laid back and personable. I'll definitely be back to rent here. read more

Horrible service. Was given an offer (which was cleared by the main office). When we got down to the shop, the agreed-upon price, rental hour limit, and the customer limit (one two-seater vs. two one seaters) were altered. No apologies were offered and the manager refused to look at me when I was speaking to him. We were looking for a leisurely afternoon (I lived in SoBe and my friend was visiting) and not an opportunity to pick a fight, but the shop just left us with an unpleasant aftertaste. I would've been okay if this was a misunderstanding, but it was just plain bad service. They are also located on 15th and Collins (1520 Collins). Highly NOT recommended. read more

service was not very good. they had us fill up gas at a station which ate into our time. they were not helpful in choosing the right scooter. at first they gave us an older smaller scooter for two people compared to a newer one. i had to request the larger one specifally. luckily i do ride so i know what to look for. i also had to teach my friend how to operate it. theyare so close to being two stars. the saving grace was that the scooters did work and the price was reasonable. i would have enjoyed more on a brand name scooter like a zuma. thesr were low quality and not as easy to ride. the idle was rough and when cold you had to rev the engine up to prevent stalling read more
