We promptly returned it, they offered us a smaller model, we accepted it and returned home once again to find it was also broken!! The pull string was not even attached. The manager gave us a full refund and refused to do anything more to fix rectify the situation. After loading and unloading, picking up and returning twice, we got no where, lost out on 3 hours of our day while my husband was off and able to do it. We have faithfully rented there for 10 years!! A regional manager contacted us after my review of the location which we rented from and offered us a full day free rental. I felt like they handled it appropriately and I will continue to rent from their establishment for years to come. It's sad the store manger did not test the equipment, but at a regional level, their customer service was top notch.

They didn't have the one trimmer in stock but he made it easy to get it from their Bellevue store (who also had everything ready for me as soon as I walked in). This store is always helpful and willing to talk through any projects I have and give me ideas or tips on what and how to do things. There is always someone around to help. You would think being a small store compared to the big box stores their prices would not be as good but for every hit I have compared they are more that competitive and sometimes even cheaper. Regardless, the service is worth it.

Always had great service with good instruction to help with the task at hand. Recently I went to actually buy something! My chain saw died and I needed a replacement to deal with some fallen trees and decided to treat myself to a good saw this time. They are an authorized Stilh dealer and had a good selection on hand. The staff was incredibly helpful and weren't there to just sell me something but rather took the time to understand my needs and how i was going to use it. I ended up with a model that I hadn't previously considered based on their recommendation. Not only did they assemble and test it, they took the time to show me all the intricacies of care, use, maintenance and safety features. Very knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them when you need power equipment.
