The 3rd Floor staff was really nice and super kind to my mother. She enjoyed being around them. My biggest gripe is their office staff. Really super bad communication. I would call and leave messages on their voice mail and they would never return my calls. One day I was so frustrated that when I did finally get to speak to someone in a particular department I had asked why do they not return phone calls when messages are left. I was basically blown off and told I don't know. I was pretty stunned about their shear lack of accountability. They would often tell me that they called but I never answered. I would check my phone and I had zero missed calls from them because they never called. Personally, I can't stand them. It was frustrating. My mother was finally discharged yesterday morning. How I found out was through an email Thursday afternoon at 4:45pm that said "We were not able to get in touch with you but wanted to let you know that your mother will be discharged tomorrow." I was so happy to get her out of there so I would not have to deal with that horrible office staff and grouchy people that open the door. I would give them a big fat 0 stars because of their horrible office staff. My mom said 4 but their food is really a 1. So we went with 3 stars.

Been in and out of here two times and am currently here 9_/12/26. Both times so far they have screwed up my pain medication where I have suffered at a pain level of 9 almost 10 for over periods of 3 hrs or more. That's totally unacceptable and all nursing could say is "oh we're sorry " which to me is total bullshit. Medications are always a #1 priority, especially pain medication. The total inconsistencies of the quality of care is what makes me not recommend this place for quality skilled nursing facility. They need to improve on all levels of their business, for me to recommend them at all.

Very excited to digest extra stuff ... without telling you it'll be extra. "Oh...can I put a flower on one of your nails?" Both ring fingers done ... $25 extra on the tab when checking out. That was by wife. I was talked into a foot rub. As my feet soaked, the sweet woman bright a pedicure tray over. I had to deny three offers to just let her clip my already short nails. Then she proceeded to give a foot rub which consisted of running her thumbs and forefingers along my lower leg bones for 30 minutes. She also gave me a run down on her family and asked multiple questions about how long I was staying and where and what I did for a living. My entire mission while in that chair was to not cry or flinch. When she was done, I felt comfortable concluding she had not one single day of training in massage therapy. My bill was $60. My wife's was $42 for gel plus $25 for two flowers. All in all, we left laughing (and limping), but $150 lighter than when we went in.
