Still nothing... Early April I am told they will send another check. Still nothing, and I am told they will call me to get my information to make an ACH transfer. Of course no one called me. We had a morning rental for 2 hours, which I think was more than enough to make a few loops around the bay. The staff member was very courteous and thorough with taking us through how to operate the boat, restrictions on where to go, and making sure we had everything (even provided blankets since it was an overcast day). The boat is easy to handle, and it's pretty easy to follow where you're allowed to go. We saw plenty of wildlife - sea lions, birds, and best of all otters, including a mom and her pup swimming exactly at the boat dock. There is street parking right in front, and a hotel bathroom in the same building. They also provide binoculars for close up viewing. A good way to explore more of Morro Bay!

We had never heard of this so we looked into it and called the phone number that was conveniently located on the website. I say conveniently because usually it's impossible to find any sort of contact information other than a "contact us" form that may or may not be answered. The phone number connected me to Econcept and my call was answered right away. Sharon, an account manager, was very friendly and explained the process of how they came to alert us of our review. She transferred me to the owner, Robbie, who spent more than 30 minutes with me on the phone. Having worked for Yelp in the past, he helped me understand how reviews are filtered and how to best address a negative review. In our case, we are trying to have the review removed because the customer posted inaccurate information about our pricing. Robbie knows the ins and outs of marketing and social media and was a great help to us. He took a very complicated (for us) situation and made it easy to understand and handle. His business concept is genius- collect business reviews from all social media platforms and combine them on one, easy to navigate website. That way, busy business owners only need to go to one site to manage all reviews! He also does website design and social media management.
