Starlink just became available out here in the boondocks & installing it yourself isn't as easy as the company claims-not unless you got the right equipment & tools. PLUS you have to have a darn good understanding of that setup, which Mr Whitford's field tech JR definitely has. They'll come out & assess the situation & provide whatever is necessary to get the job done!! JR knows his stuff, was pleasant & professional & got the job done fast. Today JR from John Whitford Communications installed my Starlink Satellite receiver and system. JR met with me and discussed where I wanted the Satellite Dish and the Wifi Router placed. He explained the pros and cons of several dish locations. Once we decided on the location, he quickly went to work installing the dish, running the cable thru my attic and into the Router location I requested. He sealed the penetrations is the walls and ceiling. He placed the correct drip loop in the cable where it entered the house. He connected the system and assisted me in setting the system up on my phone. Once everything was connected and tested, he packed up and left. Great Job. Call them for your installation. read more
