I love this service! When I called them, they were super sweet and wasted no time. They were sure to have all the right information to make you feel reassured that they take it seriously. I needed a 2 staircase job done within the next day, and they responded so well! Their prices they post on their website are also very tranparrent and they are! I was able to quickly get the service schedule sooner than I thought. They sent a reminder on email and a reminder call, and I loved that! They did get my email wrong (my fault), but quickly apologized and sent it asap and fixed it all up, I was impressed. When they came, they were quick that I was shocked. They did an amazing job on the carpet, and they were out within 45 minutes and left quality work! They have a truck they use for hosing and cleaning and using. your water hose. There's these long pipes coming in and out, and it was impressive to see how they handle all of it so quickly! Overall, it was a great response and service with attention to detail. They do a great job with cleaning. Warning it does dry for about 3 days with ventilation for those who haven't had carpets cleaned before :)) I did not know that. read more

I am no longer feeling confident with this company. This was the 2nd time I've used them. I had them steam clean the exact same area both times. This time I stayed to listen and see what was done. The bill was higher this time because he decided to add a $40 vacuumed charge , & a $40 long hose charge . BOTH were not added last time. I do not believe it was a thorough job because its a 3 bed with stairs and he finished the job in 30 mins start to finish. I know for a fact he did NOT vacuum all carpeted space which would take some time and he has never charged me a Long Hose charge before. Remember just because he gets a job done quickly does not mean it was done thoroughly. Paying $355 for 30mins was for sure not worth it. I will not use again. read more

SLO Steam cleaned a creme colored, upholstered headboard in my guest bedroom that had been stained from black,newly colored hair. I had called another company but, they referred me to Will. He and another technician came out that day and worked on the stain until it was clean. It looked brand new again. Several months later, I needed my couch cleaned after my dog became sick while I was at work. He came the next day and cleaned everything using an enzymatic spray to remove any odor.
