If you're looking to deep steam clean a house that is completely empty, they'll be great. Be careful of giving them a job with any sort of complicated thinking. Like subtracting $15 from $130. It will take their technician 3 minutes of failing before he asks you what the answer is. If you have furniture, expect for the lady who schedules to tell you that's not a problem, the techs will move it. The techs will move AROUND it, but will not move a chair, let alone an armchair or a sofa. They charge a $100 minimum service fee which everyone will "forget" to tell you about until you've contracted them for a $40 job and they screw you over on the other $60. The lady on the phone will blame the techs for not telling you, the techs will blame her, and the manager will neglect calling you back for over a week until you leave a pissed off phone message. Then he'll call and tell you that he'll give you the money he ripped you off for as a discount on the next time you hire them to do your house. And they definitely round up when it comes to measuring square footage in a room, but round down when it comes to cleaning that square footage. Horrible company. Small rinky-dink operation with no sense of professionalism. Will never do business with them again, will always talk badly about them, and will encourage anyone that cares about customer service to turn and run. read more

Very unprofessional...the technician came to the house and I showed him around. He stated there was too many items on the floor upstairs. I said I had to leave to pick up my kids but he could start downstairs and I would move the items when I got back. As soon as I left he just left a note to reschedule with the office.
