A short bit later, I believe it was the president/owner, came out to talk. We kicked around some ideas, and I was on my way. No pressure sales tactics. I took a card, and said I may be in touch. I appreciated that treatment. I can't speak to their service, but so far, I was treated well and would consider coming back if I needed anything.

Two other guys attempted to find a snow blower part on Cub Cadet's online shop manual (man, that thing needs a rework) and they couldn't find it despite me knowing the part name (see why it needs a rework). Brian knew exactly what the part did and was able to find it on the site , no problem. Once again, I blame the online parts manual more than any person. Anyway, just Google before you go in so you know at least something ''cuz they can't know it all...unless you're Brian. LOL! Thanks, guys!

Not only are they very skilled and hard-working, but Dave, Tommy, and Dave (yes, he has someone with the same name on s crew) truly cared about our yard and about we wanted things. The little finishing touches, thinking through the long-term and adjusting the plan with our input. Even when there was a a last-minute change to the retaining wall, Dave didn't bat an eye. Needed my snowblower repaired too so told him I'd drop that off. We met at his shop and he gave me a good deal on a nice mower and gave me a basic estimate for the repairs on the blower. He got back to me quickly and even dropped the blower off 2 days later. Very happy client! Oh and the spices he gave me are excellent as well! The appointment process was straightforward and he was able to get me a time that day. Marty was great to work with and demoed multiple machines for me. He provided honest recommendations without being pushy. He explained how each machine had been tuned up and any parts that had been replaced. He let me take my time looking at the machines and did not rush me at all. The pricing was clear and in the right price range based on the market research I did. To top it all off he was able to deliver the machine free of charge and also added in the smoked sea salt, which is excellent.
