The water flow periodically stopped flowing, which defeated the purpose of providing cool water to my recent knew replacement. I spoke with Wallace equipment on Friday and was informed that if the issue continued, they would come out and trouble shot it. So today I called and was told by Dale that there's now a delivery charge on a product that I'm renting from them. Yet Friday there wasn't any mention of a charge. I'm just curious, having a knee replaced and living 10 miles south of Wallace Equipment. Am I supposed to hop in a vehicle and bring it to them when I'm not driving.
