Salvador and his wife (I'm terrible with names so I'm stoked I remembered one of their names) came out the very next day and knocked out all three jobs and did excellent work. There was a bit of a language barrier as neither speak or write English very well but they seemed to have understood my wants and needs very well. I really have no complaints as they did great work, were eager to do the work, and got me taken care of rather quickly. There were several steps he completed that were not completed first round. He shared the steps were all expectations of a typical carpet cleaning. Plastic protection for the door frames, stain pre-treatment, dry cleaning, steam clean and raking were all part of the process. The carpets looked as good as older carpets could after the cleaning! Frankie came to confirm the ducts were not the foil tubes. He was able to do the job the next week. And showed me how the cooling part of the system worked. The other companies were charging 80 per duct and would not clean the floor ducts. Frankie cleaned and sanitized our 7 overhead and 12 floor ducts and cleaned out the furnace area and filter for $785.00. I truly thank them, our breathing is better now.

I met with the owner and received a fair and competitive estimate compared to some other companies that clearly wanted to overcharge me. The installation crew did an excellent job and were personable to deal with. The new outside AC condenser initially had a glitch to workout as it seemed loud at shut off. They sent a technician out to help resolve it promptly. It has been working flawlessly ever since. I came away with a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. So, if you are an electrician for this company make sure you invoice for about $500/hr! And their HVAC guys, I think its awesome your boss pays you $500/hr. But clients beware, there is a lot of gouging going on. Usually its $150/hr for the technical. And call the suppliers, you'll see the cost of the HVAC equipment is much less than you are being quoted! And other than duct work, its an easy day or two for an install. So do the math, and don't let our community be the place where we pay $ 500/hr for electricians.
