Jim, the owner sent out Jose (ahead of time) and got the furnace up and running, cheap? no, but reasonable. They also came out last spring and fixed a problem quickly. I would not hesitate to suggest that they are the ones to call rather than some who spend thousands on advertising. ( I wont bash another business publicly) tho Id like to , as years ago they wrongfully reccomended my furnace replacement. Trust cant be bought, these folks are the "Real Deal".

At first it wasn't a big deal because we just hit the slopes but when we came back it just became intolerable. We haven't had this problem so we weren't sure who to call or who we could trust. When we come to the house we like to disconnect so we don't have computers and we don't bring our smartphones so we couldn't yelp for help. Lucky for us we had a yellow pages tucked into the phone stand! We called around and the 3rd place we called was Summit Professional. Denise, their office manager, answered the phone and she was so nice. After telling her about our chilly-to-the-bone problem she comforted us and had a very maternal tone that instantly warmed our souls, making the decision an easy one to make- They would be the ones who came to our rescue. Matthew came out to assess the problem and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. He told us he could help us, "No problem". So he tinkered around and voila- WE HAD HEAT! The next day, Jim (the owner) called us to make sure everything was doing well. How nice is that?! We said we appreciated how kind everyone had been and how quickly they responded. He shared that it was a family business- Matt is his son and Denise his wife. How awesome! He asked us where we live full time and when we told him he was astounded- he has a son that lives out by us! He insisted that he take us out with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law. We had a great dinner with all of them and are excited to have made great friends in the area. Long story short- CALL THEM! They do incredible work, are trustworthy, and super friendly. You won't be disappointed.

I believe appoints were canceled in order to fit the emergency into their schedule. Jerome and Michael did a great job, they did not waste time, and were extremely professional. As others commented I believe the price was high, but when you have one option to get the job done the price is the price. They came through when all other plumbers said no.

I thought that the plumber did a good job on this. However, shortly after the install, I started to have some serious problems with the unit that was installed. The plumber did return and offer advice, but the problems persisted. Over the period of several months, I continued to have issues that were not resolved: no pilot light on occasion and a persistent error code that kept flashing. As a result of these problems, I called the Wieronski office multiple times. A courteous assistant always promised that they 'were looking into my problems' and that they would get back to me soon. On not a single occasion did anyone from the company ever call to let me know what they were going to do. After the complete lack of response from anyone at the company, I felt that they just wanted me to go away. Walter Wieronski, the owner of this business, makes the claim that 'we support our customers'. When I had trouble, they let me down by completely ignoring me. At least for me, this is the real meaning of the claim that Wieronski Plumbing is going to 'support their customers'. Dealing with this company caused me a lot of un-necessary stress. My advice would be to avoid the company; they are glad to take your money but will not provide support in times of distress. There are far better plumbing companies to choose from. In fact, a plumber from a different company solved my problems during a one-hour visit.

After hearing the issue she said it's probably a capacitor that costs about 32 bucks at Ace Hardware but if we come put it on there'd be a $450 charge. So I Googled and You Tubed...how do you fix a capacitor on a Trane A/C? After watching a couple...I went to Ace and bought a new capacitor...yanked the old one off and put the new one on...with a little bit of Jerry-rigging as it was skinnier than the old one and didn't fit the bracket...and voila!
