Welcomed with a smile from the staff! Every cookie and icecream looked delicious it was hard to decide. Finally settled on 6 delicious cookies!

Really cute little cookie shop in a good area! We were greeted by two friendly and helpful employees on Christmas Eve. We got the gingerbread, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter chocolate chip. The cookies all has a really good flavor. The peanut butter chocolate chip was the best one. The gingerbread one was tasty as well. I will say, the cookies weren't as soft or thick as other cookie stores around town. They did get pretty hard just a few hours later so we ended up just reheating them in the microwave to make them soft again. Overall, good cookies with good flavor. I would like to give them a second chance with hopes to have a softer cookie!

    Rico and Dougie cookies

Delicious cookies! I love a good oatmeal cookie and they had one called The Rico that included coconut, toffee, and salted caramel!

This review is sorely overdue, as I visited Sloth Cookies back in May during a day trip to Saint George. I was in the area of this bakery and decided I should pop in and snag some cookies to take back home to Vegas. I ordered a six pack of cookies, so I was able to try all of the flavors, less the Louisa (lemon cookie). Overall, my favorite cookie was the Dougie, which is peanut butter chocolate chip. But then again, I'm a sucker for all things peanut butter. The six pack of cookies ran me $12, which is a bit steep, but I felt that the quality was worth it and I always feel good supporting small businesses, especially in this time of Covid. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at Sloth Cookies, though I felt the employee working seemed a bit unenthused with my questions. I would most likely return next time I'm in the area.

Such a fun store, the cookies are amazing! Check out all the adorable Sloth merchandise as well!! Must stop when visiting St George.

I am not sure how long this place has been in business but I am sad we have not been here sooner! If you love sloths which my kids do this is the place for you. The atmosphere is a fun, energetic cookie shop and the cookies are top notch. Each Cookie has a name which coincides with a sloth name (fun names like Edmonton and Louisa..) we had the Sebastian: pina colada pineapple coconut sugar cookie! Wow, it seriously was the best sugar cookie I have ever had!! Thank you! We will be back.

The sugar cookies were really good. My favorite was the lemon. The raspberry was okay but out of our group of 16 I was out voted. Their favorite was the raspberry. The other cookies were just okay. They all tasted the same and were over cooked and some tasted burnt. Disappointed If we went back it would just be for the sugar. We bought a dozen and threw most of them away.

Chai (that wasn't blended very well)

I drive by this place often--finally decided to stop today. Girl working the counter wasn't very friendly. She almost seemed annoyed that I had stopped by. I ordered "the sloth" cookie which is basically a combo of chocolate chips, oatmeal, coconut, toffee and pecan bits. It was warm and gooey and tasted good, not great. Also ordered an iced chai. The drink was gritty. Flavor was good, but I'd expect more when paying close to $4 for a drink. See pics. With so many other cookie options around town, I probably won't return.

Easily the BEST bakery in St George!…read more So many options of pastries, sweet, savory, breakfast, or lunch. I can be really had to choose I tried a bunch and my top picks were Almond croissant - it's huge, almonds on the inside with a chocolate drizzle. Not to sweet and flaky Vanilla cronut - Had a vanilla filling instead and pairs will with the cronut The gorge - This a great breakfast sandwich. Scrabbled eggs are perfect and weren't over cooked. Bacon, & cheese over their perfect croissants The coffee was cool, standard lattes Customer service is great, very friendly and lots of smiles. The prices are on the steeper side but at the quality and size of their pastries, it's well worth it. This will be a must visit every time I visit St George!

Kouign Amann Our benchmark for baked goods is the almond croissant and this one has set the new gold standard. 10/10. The Tabernacle Croissant was very good - the vanilla cream filling was well distributed throughout and went very well with the light and moist pastry. The cream cheese danish was good, but the cream cheese was a little sweet for our tastes; sacrilegious to say, I know. The kouign amann was also good and we just liked the others more. I wanted to add that when we were there it was near closing time so they gave us a berry parfait on the house. It was likely one of the best parfaits I've had; the ingredients were so fresh and the granola delicious.

Could I freeze them. (She said no but...) So far I have frozen the sour cream lemon, Dutch apple pie, apple pie and cherry pie. They all freeze and defrost very well. The negatives, trying to get anything here at the holiday time is a complete and utter disaster!!! the line is ridiculously long and if you don't pre-order months in advance, you are basically not going to get anything. If you pre-order you have to choose a day to come pick it up and the lines are ridiculously long where you may potentially wait over an hour / two hours . If you come at any other time, whatever they have is whatever they have and once they sell out, they sell out. Do not try the Tropicana pie, It was disgusting. I also am not a fan of the crust that they use. It doesn't have much flavor. All in all I think the pies are mediocre. I like that they have a large variety however but all the flavors are not always available.

We usually just get a few cream pies for the weekend and they never disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the pies and other offerings. They tend to sell out quickly so if you have a specific one in mind be sure to get there early, but we haven't come across a bad pie so any flavor is worth the time! . They have a small cozy cafe area inside if you want to stick around for lunch but the desserts are truly their best offerings.
