Check-in was completely frictionless thanks to Christian, who greeted us with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. He made us feel valued from the start, and that first impression set the tone for our entire stay. Our room on the 38th floor offered an incredible view overlooking Michigan Avenue. Waking up to the city skyline and watching the energy below was one of the highlights of our trip. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk to so many iconic spots, including the five-story Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Garrett Popcorn, and countless shops and restaurants along the Magnificent Mile. After a day of exploring, we stopped by the hotel bar where I ordered my favorite drink an Old Fashioned. It was perfectly made and a great way to end the evening. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service, an unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to everything downtown Chicago has to offer, I highly recommend the Marriott Magnificent Mile. Honestly, just have to be patient at the end of the day. Rooms were clean and service was great. I actually had a decent view facing the outside towards the shake shack area it was fine it was cool seeing the buildings. Gym is located on the 9th floor, that was amazing. Gym was clean and huge. So many people rushed to work out on a Saturday but it had so much room. I can't say much negative experience sure did it feel outdated in some areas. But it's a Marriot and I had a wonderful experience. Is stay here again.

Truly a 5 star experience at The Langham!…read more I was lucky enough to be gifted a stay and had an incredible time. The hotel is so beautiful, I can see why it's ranked #3 in the nation. If you're able to splurge for club access at $200/person, you'll get to experience stunning city views, breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks, unlimited cocktails, and evening bites. We were also sent a bottle of wine and snacks to our room. I loved that they have a free spa area where you can use the sauna, heated stone loungers, and cold showers. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed swimming, just wish the hot tub was hotter as it was lukewarm. The room was great as well with a Nespresso machine and relaxing tub. Every time we stepped out of the room we would come back to a nice surprise, the room would be cleaned or they would leave the water and ice. Very attentive customer service here. Overall it was nice to live in luxury for the night, highly recommend if you're looking to splurge and relax! Hope I'll be able to stay again someday.

Our view was stunning and I loved I could see downtown and the river from our room. We booked the cinema suite for a cute movie night and I loved that. I experienced great front desk hospitality, my room was clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Travel to River North, West Loop, and other main neighborhoods was convenient. Not the most scenic view outside my window, but I appreciated that I had a massive corner room. The bed and pillows were comfy, and bonus points that my neighbors upstairs, downstairs, and on my floor were quiet and respectful. I had such sound sleep the entire time. The desk in my room was equipped with all the electrical and av outlets I needed to work out of my room like I was working out of a NOC.
