From the beginning rocks were coming off and the edges had cracked. A year later Mark asked for more money to come back to sealcoat and fix the cracks. The cracks got bigger in spring 2022. I called and texted Mark and their office a dozen times. He always promised to come the following week and never showed up. Now the cracks are even bigger and the edges are crumbling. My last call was on 3/16/2023. One year was ample time for him to honor his warranty.

After the appointment was postponed by the owner several times over a month or two, it was finally done on Nov. 1, 2017. The coating on the driveway was very thin. 6 months later and after the winter snows, there were areas totally missing the coating. They left overspray on my sidewalk and my garage door (very difficult to remove). I paid extra for 2 cracks to be fixed. Their hot tar machine broke half way during the repairing of the first crack. They used a tar tape (similar to what Home Depot sells) to finish the first and do the second one. The owner promised to redo the cracks in the Spring (April) of 2018 with the hot tar machine. I called the owner in May and he promised to be out the following week...he never came....I called again and he said he'd do it the following week. I ended up calling him for 2-3 months weekly and his promises were always to do it the following week. Finally, he said to trust him and that he would be out. Now it's October, 1 year later, and he's never been out.
