I came in from out of town with a tire leak, hoping that I could get some help. I received a call that they LOST my keys and had no idea where they were. After multiple hours of worrying about my lost keys, the called back saying they found the keys, but the tire was not repairable and I would have to pay $190 for a new tire in addition to almost $300 of "other needed repairs". To top it all off, I took my car down the road to a different service business who repaired the "unfixable" tire for free. Save your time & money and go somewhere else.

The tow truck driver thankfully helped me figure out it was the alternator but I didn't have a lug wrench big enough to get the right leverage and get the old one out. I called Morgan Service to see if I could pay them to drive a few blocks over and help me and he offered to let me borrow one for a while and it worked like a charm. I brought it back and he was nice enough to check my work (I almost tightened the belts perfectly) and get the belts just right so they weren't whining. As long as I live around here, I will be bringing our cars to Tom. Highly recommend him as a human and the business as a whole.
