More so, per Iowa law, you cannot take vehicles from private property without property owner consent. Joe's made no contact with me before having the vehicle towed. After contacting them and being hung up on, I brought my lease agreement into their office, where they still refused to return funds for the illegal, unauthorized tow. Would like to see more competent business practices, as one of the last morally fair Jonhson County landlords.
