The dentist, Dr. Ian Milton, saw my mom for 5 minutes and took, what my mom described as, "a million X-rays". Susan, identified as "admin" on their website, and Carolina, a hygienist, came in afterwards and told my mom she needed gum treatment and various other procedures. My mom let them know she was scheduled to get her gum treatment next week. They asked for proof. (What???) They continued to push off the light cleaning, stating it could be done another time, and eventually said all of her teeth would likely fall out soon. My mom got a deep cleaning a few months ago and diligently takes care of her teeth. (So again- what??????) My mom went in at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment with no wait time and ended up leaving at 3. Susan and Carolina badgered my mom for an hour about treatments she didn't need. My mom left without getting a cleaning. Horrible experience will never be back.

When I asked about placing a temporary filling or any kind of protection, I was told it was "too much work" since they would be doing the crown later anyway. After I declined the gold crown option, doctor Lee essentially walked away without discussing any alternative options or offering even a temporary filling to protect the tooth. That response didn't sit right with me, especially considering the risk of leaving a broken tooth exposed for weeks. I ended up going to another dental office the same day. They saw me right away, evaluated the tooth properly, and placed a temporary filling to protect it while waiting for insurance approval. The difference in care was very clear. On top of this, I've also noticed a consistent pattern where more invasive procedures like root canals are suggested very quickly, even when symptoms or X-rays don't clearly support it. This has happened not only to me, but also to my wife and other family members. I've even heard similar concerns from neighbors. Based on my experience, I will be advising my family and neighbors to stay away from this office. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here.

My initial appointment was for a cleaning, which I never received. Over the course of a year, I repeatedly asked for routine cleanings & was never scheduled for one. My final appointment in May 2025 was supposed to address what I understood to be a filling. When I arrived, I was informed I would be receiving a root canal. This was the first time a root canal had ever been discussed with me. There was no prior explanation or consultation about why such an extensive procedure was necessary. I felt unprepared but agreed. During the procedure, there were complications & I ultimately lost the tooth, which had not been causing me pain or any noticeable issues prior to.
