Let me be clear, he has worn this clothing item ONE TIME since it was purchased last December (2024). We washed it and followed all instructions (gentle cycle, tumble dry low) and the zipper still ripped off and is so damaged that it's not possible to repair it. The sweater is no longer usable which is why I reached out to them via email. I was asked for my customer information such as name, order number, etc. I provided this info. I was then told that since the clothing item was purchased "quite some time ago" that there was nothing they could do. I spent $60 on this half zip only for it to break after one wear/wash. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of support from their customer service department but also in the obvious poor quality/craftsmanship of their clothing. It's cheaply made while being outrageously priced. Apparently 10 months is "quite some time" according to them and customers shouldn't wash items from them since they just fall apart so easily. Ridiculous.

I came in specifically looking for UGG shoes, but they were sold out everywhere. The associate, Aiden, was extremely helpful and kind. He went through every single aisle trying to find the exact pair I wanted, and even though they weren't in stock, I really appreciated how much effort he put in. The store has a big selection, especially when it comes to clothes. A lot of the items are designer pieces, yes, they're discounted, but most things still range from around $60 to $100, especially jeans and other clothing. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. I like this location. It's not the biggest Nordstrom Rack I've been to, but it still has a great selection, and it works perfectly for being in Totem Lake.

Along with tons of really fun kids clothes- 'Babylegs' and Matthew Porter's 'Red Panda' line of baby tees and onesies, they also sell children's shoes and women's Yoga apparel.
