I needed to take a taxi to the Fort Edwards-Glen Falls Amtrak stop, and it was $27.50 (then I tipped about 20%). The woman answering the phone was very kind, and I was able to secure a ride for 12:30pm when I called at about 8:30am that morning. The only reason that this isn't a 5 star review is because the driver was a bit late, couldn't figure out how to verify my credit card (so I just paid cash), and acted a bit strange. The car was also a bit beat up, but it got me where I needed to go! I would recommend this ride share service if you need a ride, but call in advance to schedule and have cash handy just in case!

The second was 4 minutes late getting to the cab and the driver mad rot clear that he was late. We had trouble getting the sliding door on the van to Clair and again the driver never bothered to get out and assist. Just keep telling us we had to push the button harder. Quite rude and not was I had come to expect in this area. For the first ride they were happy to accept credit card but would only take cash for the rerun.

I spoke with a woman last night whose sister was in a nursing home in the area. She called Michael for a ride. She told Michael she was going to purchase several gift cards for a man for he immediately recognized to be a scam. He drove her right back to the nursing home, contacted her family, saved her from being scammed and her family was able to take steps to protect her in the future. That's the kind of integrity this man has. Michael mentioned this story to me at one point but last night I heard it directly from the victims sister. He is reliable, kind and offers fair prices. Montpelier has really needed a reliable service like this for a long time. This is someone dependable, safe and honest.
