The cameras were aimed so it left a lot of the outdoor play area out of view. When my dog came into view he was trying to get away from a group of three dogs who were following him around and he was intimidated by them. When I picked my dog up I told a staff member of my concerns. I was told to just bring him back a few more times and he will become more comfortable. I didn't like that answer and have not been back. Dogs intimidated my dog. Nobody intervened. My dog was out of camera view for most of his stay. The response I received isn't acceptable.

I have two rescues that I affectionately refer to as being special needs. I know that Chloe will personalize care for them. She is in regular communication, including sending photos and videos, while I'm away. She has excellent judgement about their socialization needs, given their backgrounds and dispositions, and they come home a bit more ease around other dogs than before they left. I also like that I am supporting a business that provides direct care to homeless dogs through Farm Dog Fosters Sanctuary. And her prices are very reasonable.
