You see, most people would stop there. The thing is, Avanti also brings to the table the good old handshake promise of craftsmanship as well as commitment to a job where the client is happy. They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. I cleaned out the cabinets & found many things that I forgot I had. Rusty came back today and spent only an hour taking the old shelving out and removing the drawers. He put in beautiful hardwood drawers and shelves with new hardware. He took my four small drawers and gave me two huge ones, screwing the maple fronts and knobs back into place. He was professional, neat, efficient and reasonably priced. My kitchen looks as good as it did before, but I have double the storage space. Now I can see and really reach into the back of my cabinets and get things out. I can even see everything I have put away in the cabinets. He made such a big difference, this was a big improvement for a very reasonable price. I'm so glad my friends told me about the drawer dude! I can't recommend him enough.

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

So a quote of 15k jumped to over 20k and just imagining installers who didn't do proper measurements in the first place - coming out to do an install without our expected cabinetry what would have happened? I have read some of the issues when something goes wrong and was more than a little shocked!!! from getting the wrong color cabinets to all types of issues getting kicked out of store for complaining and police called?? Really? Not sure who does business in this manner, we really wanted to work with Scott but cabinets to go needs to address these complaints in a proper manner, more importantly their discounted prices of 40% are misleading and the same as other company's standard prices backed up with a Better business F rating not good! More important high pressure sales tactics of you have to sign by certain dates which are the next day leave a sour taste and has me wondering is this to lock someone in before they can research their company and compare? Also had scott offer a 15% off for a single feature to give a favorable reveiw on google amd here because their reviews are so horrible. I had molly from cabinets to go reach out with some canned response of how sorry they are that was treated poorly, or that they missed something which is absolute bullsh*t! They don't care that they misslead or messed up your home they simply wanna seem like they care, which they don't cause they want to appear as they do here in front of all these potential customers to make it seem like they are attempting to make things right? but it's all just for show!!! I responded only to hear crickets thereafter these guys are a joke and have a better business rating of FFF... and is a telling rating avoid at all costs.
