Don't really care about yelp reviews but felt the need to inform people that it's just not a good car wash. Barely even get the dirt off of a truck. Don't waste your money. Bad job all around. There's no reason I should spend $33 on a car wash and still leave with dirt still in my car. The cup holder still dirty, the back seat and third row carpet still dirty and we're not put back properly. Shame on me for not checking before I left but I should be able to have confidence that they are actually going to perform the services I requested properly. If you want your car dirtier than it was when you first arrived, then I highly recommend this car wash to you. However, for the average person who actually wants their car cleaned, do yourself a favor and drive past this place and never look back. The automated wash that they run only cleans your car about 65%. I have a 2020 Toyota Camry so there are a few cracks and crevices that need to be wiped down by hand, and just like everyone else, an automated car wash doesn't exactly clean in the door jams or under the truck lid - that's the kicker here. The lazy teenagers they have running the vacuums at the start, and the even lazier ones at the end that are supposed to wipe down your car to further clean it are robbing their employers. They get paid and get tips to stand there and wipe down what the car wash itself has already cleaned. I went home and literally had to open all 4 doors, my trunk, and my gas cap to actually clean my car. This place is the biggest scam. Never go. read more

This place actually does not care about their customers. They don't care if people are loyal to them, and aren't willing to budge for customer service. I had a pre paid card for the year that someone had given to me as a gift, and had 4 car washes left on it that had expired during the end of august. When i asked if they could transfer the credits to a new card they go "this is your fault, you don't read the signs?" Yes I can read signs but why would I be getting a car wash during a middle of a pandemic, when the majority of the year we spent in quarantine? Please explain this to me. They wouldn't even make an exception and continued to blame it on me, as they had been open since April. Completely ridiculous, awful customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a huge proponent of supporting small businesses during this time because I know how difficult this pandemic has been on all business owners, but in this case, they get especially annoyed when you use their loyalty cards/ pre paid cards, because they feel as if they aren't getting paid. Clearly they weren't willing to give me the credit back because they already had my money! I very calmly explained my situation to the manager, but no budge, and the response was quite frankly rude. Was going here for a while and the car washes were fine for the price, however a week ago I went there and the kid pulling the car out didn't know how to drive stick. First I hear my car revving up and this idiot launched the car out of the bay almost into the street, and it only stopped because it stalled in gear. When I approached him I told him get out of the car and he just smiled and laughed and thought it was funny. Then he tried to put the car in park and had no clue wtf he was doing and still thought it was a joke. I recommend only coming here if you need to wash just the exterior of your vehicle. Even then it's not good. There was foam still on the car after coming out and the guys "wiping" down your car barely do that! I paid for "the best" wash my windshield has water stains, front and rear, mats were soaking wet, I had to ask for them to wipe down the step at each door, they didn't even bother to wipe down the trunk door. I got a car wash not a detail job so it wasn't showroom ready but it certainly looked better than when I arrived. Had to take a Star because the steering wheel had some chocolate on it when I left. Pretty disappointed at the quality of the car wash. The other patrons who were there felt the same way. All they did was wash the outside of the car, take a towel to your interior windows and dashboard. Didn't clean a single thing on the center console or even wipe dust off the inside doors. THIEVES - I had two rings in my cup holder. Gone. They stole them. When I realized I went back and spoke to the manager and demanded to see the cameras. We clearly saw the guy get out from the front seat and put his hand in his jacket. The manager said the guy was just cold. Came here yesterday with my suv (jeep grand cherokee, which was an extra fee) and left eh.. Not impressed. My complaint is that they rushed through wiping my car dry, and left lots of wet spots, but worst of all, my back window was foggy and streaky. I will have to use windex to re-wipe the rear window myself.. Also, they sprayed the inside of my front windshield, but didn't wipe the entire area so I see the spray droplets dried on my windshield! I guess I will have to windex and re-wipe the front windshield myself as well... Smh... I went with "the best" wash package, which includes a wash of Rain X. I noticed from watching through the glass that one of the sprays weren't spraying towards the car, and was just spraying into the air, which was a total waste and that one side of my car never got a coating of Rain X.. I'm not happy about paying extra so that the product can just be sprayed into the air and onto the floor.. And lastly, I was standing there waiting for them to finish, and they just walked away without even telling me they're finished.. I wasn't sure if they were going to get a new towel or if they were going to wait for the next car to come out from the wash.. All u gotta do is say "ok", or "finished", or simply give me a thumbs up or nod.. Something.. I had a tip in hand to hand off to the guys when they were done, but they just walked away without even looking my way.. This car wash is absolutely horrible! Hardly touched the rugs and windows, had dirt in the rims. When I got home I called the manager Martinez who said I had to bring the car back today. After explaining I couldn't because I have family in town and a wedding I would not be able to get there for a couple of days he put up a fuss. This is by far the worst car wash I've been to. First of all they don't know anything about customer service- from jump they tried to upsell me a deal for 40 dollars when I told them I needed them to clean my mats and vacuum the interior. Once I said I wasn't interested and I want the basic package because it covered what I needed they dismissed me. When I asked them if they were going to clean the inside they ignored me. Not only did the ignore me but did they clean the inside? lol why would they. Rude and lazy. I could have done a better job and that says something. Cleaned outside of my car, where the seats are and totally skipped the trunk. Not a good job.

Came in for a basic wash, just to get some dirt off and my car came out dirtier than when it went in. My brand new truck now has weird smudges all over and to top it off they barely dried it off! Do not, I repeat, do not go to this car wash. I took my car there and mistakenly left my Kohl's department store receipt as well as my Kohls cash receipt in the backseat of my car. When I got home I realized the Kohl's receipt and Kohls cash were missing. I went back to the car wash and asked the attendant about my Kohl's cash receipt. They denied seeing anything. My car didn't clean well, I went back and showed them how the handles along with the dash didn't look that clean. He proceeded to tell me that an exterior wash is $14 and that I hadn't had a car wash in a long time and it was my fault. Usually I get good through service here but today the staff didn't do a good job with my car. From start both sides of the windshield and top of the car wasn't brushed. After drying there was dust still in the door wells and side mirrors and the interior wasn't vacuumed well.
