I came to Crystal Car Wash to get my car clean, I have always passed by but didn't have time. I was kind of confused upon entering. I guess reading is fundamental (RIF) because I missed the sign which directed me to the entrance which was around the corner. Only one car before me. I told them what kind of wash I wanted, and he offered inside but I told him no. I don't like strangers in my car so for him to get in and out was fine with me. The attendant directed me inside and I saw that they have an operational restroom along with supplies for your car. The weather matts really come in handy this time of the year. I paid for the wash, left a tip and received a bonus card for a perk at the end of the bonus term. Maybe 10 washes, I just took the card put in my pocket and went on my merry way. Came in on a Friday to get a quick clean on my car. I specifically asked if they could vacuum the truck as well and was told that it could be vacuumed too. I proceeded to walk towards the truck, lift the door for them, and then walk towards the door to walk inside. I was satisfied with the outside, but they didn't vacuum the truck, and I hate that they do not clean the cup holders at the front. It was a bit disappointed and underwhelming. read more

DO NOT GO HERE !! If I could give less than one star, I would. I would advise to check the reviews of all the damages they've caused people & are NO HELP about it. The worst service I have ever gotten. I came in with no damages to my car and left with a broken side mirror. Everything is done so quickly and so sloppy that they broke my side mirror. All of this came to light after I argued with the owner for 15+ minutes about checking the camera footage. The owner started off by telling me some predisposed bullshit about how there can be very small cracks in a glass or mirror that I cannot see and the water can seep into it and fully crack the mirror or glass. The fact that the immediate answer is, it's your fault by saying "your mirror was already broken" without even checking the camera footage just tells you how much bullshit this is.. So after all of this, we see how the workers broke my mirror & only then the owner refers to a sign at the front which states, to sum it up, "we're not responsible for any damages." There is a list of things on this sign. I drove past the sign because of course I didn't think I'd be walking out with a broken side mirror & that the owner would just say "I'm sorry" like a fucking sorry fixes the mirror. I guess anything can happen to your car while in this shop & all you get is a sorry & free cleaning/detail. Smfh terrible service. read more

After years of going to USA Car Wash on Jamaica, it was time to find a new home to bring my cars. Since Crystal was nearby and had some good reviews, I decided to check them out. In all honesty, my 1st experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The wash and vacuum were solid - no complaints at all. The finishing touches with the drying and cleaning of windows, however, still left something to be desired. I still had to go home and wipe off the haze from my windshield and do some exterior wipe down as well (not just from the normal spots that streak when you drive away from a wash). I give them thumbs up for decent pricing and customer service inside. I'll give them another shot and hope to be able to up my stars to at least 4. They're certainly an upgrade over USA Car Wash already so nothing to lose in that regard. They also had a Yelp deal so I saved a couple of dollars on the package I chose (I believe it was one of their top 2). read more

Great customer service and wash! Won was very helpful and kind. I went in ready to get the diamond wash with some interior cleaning for the windows and dashboard. He tried to give me the best deal and said at first that the deluxe was all i really needed (which was cheaper than diamond). I like the fact that he tried to find the best affordable option for me even though I was already ready to get the pricier car wash. It made me feel that I can trust him more. But since I said I also wanted the Rain X and mats to be cleaned, we both agreed the Diamond wash was the best option for me. (see photo for the prices and what each wash comes with) My dashboard was very sticky and no matter what I did, it wouldn't come off. The mechanic i just went to even said I should go to the toyota retail place and complain so that they can replace the whole dashboard. However, I thought why not ask this place whether there's something they can do about this dashboard. He said he can do a partial interior cleaning/detailing (just the dashboard and windows) for $20 on top of the Diamond wash which was $23. They did a great job and now it's smooth. When I asked him to also clean the carpet mats underneath the plastic mat cuz of the huge stain at the driver and passenger seats, he charged another $20 but since they weren't able to get rid of the stain, he refunded the $20 and also offered to give me one of their air-fresheners on the house. Little things like that shows great customer service and makes you want to come back to them. So overall experience was great and everyone was friendly. I feel like this place is a solid car wash spot and their prices are very affordable. read more

Solid car wash I guess in the Midprice range of the full service car washes ($19 basic vacuum and wash, $25 to wash mats, includes 1$ charge for SUV). They got the mats nice and clean and our test is the windows and the windows were streak-free, always a plus. Will probably use them going forward for our full-service washes. read more

I did the interior detail (about $140 after tax for SUV) and I was fairly satisfied. The entire process supposed to take 3 hours but since I was waiting in the waiting room, I guess they felt bad and put the plastic cover on the front seats so that I can drive without having to wait another hour for the shampooed seats to dry. It has been 3 years since I purchased the car without having a single proper car wash done so my car was pretty filthy with coffee stains on the fabric seats and condensed dust around the trunk. I would say 95% of the stain and dust were removed. I wanted my $140 to worth every penny so I did check my car meticulously at the end and when I asked the guy to go over few dirty spots again, he didn't make a fuss about it. read more

This car wash is great! the entrance is in the back so you have to be careful turning into the block, I asked what they recommended bc my car NEEEEDED a good cleaning. The guy who introduced himself was very kind and didn't try swindling me into paying for the most expensive deal (being a girl u know how they could do that). The team did a fabulous job and was very thorough, no damage left by the washer and my car came out sparkling clean and left the interior shiny and dust free. I used to bring my two Hondas for them all the time. Very disappointed by the quality the most recent time last month. With VIP package the detailing guy missed many obvious spots on the dashboard and exterior of the car (sunscreen fingerprints from the kids). Still he took over 20 minutes of cleaning but could not get it done. Plus he did not notify me when the car was done. I had to ask them. The quality seems to have gone down. I will not be coming back to Crystal Car wash. I paid $30 for the DIAMOND car wash. The outside is nice, that's fine. I paid for my mats to be cleaned... they aren't, I paid for vacuuming... there is a candy wrapper on my back seat. The compound they used is still on my wheel and dash leaving it to either be partially compounded or... well not. The windows are not cleaned, there are specks of something on my rear view, and my front windows (mind you they took time on my front windows) and there are specks. It's not a surprise this happened as a lot of Queens car washes... well they suck, that isn't an excuse for this wash... $30 wasted, and now I need to finish the job they started. -1 stars if possible read more

It used to be my go to place for all my car washes but lately this place has just become a rip off. I paid 28 bucks for a platinum package. Besides exterior wash they did not clean any window or cleaned anything from inside on a slow Saturday evening . They did not even bother to put the matts back after cleaning . So they changed the name a while back. Been coming here for a while. As of February 1 2017, prices were increased. I have 2 cars that i bring here more during the summer than winter. Is not a bad wash, the only thing the guys never get right is the windows. I always end up with spotted windows. So i go home and i do them myself with plenty of windex and clean fresh towels. My review is based on the interior cleaning bc all exterior car wash should be same for the most part. I got the platinum car wash (19$ w/tax), according to the staff it includes the interior cleaning minus armor all. First thing I noticed was that all of the dashboard was still dusty and area around the steering wheel/ speedometer was not cleaned. They attempted to clean the cup holders but didn't vacuum the seats very well. Overall I think this car wash is not any different then other ones in the area. If you are in the area I would suggest it but wouldn't recommend it. I would give it 3.5 stars. read more

I just happened to be in the area and in need of a car wash. I looked on Yelp and noticed that this place had good reviews. While I was on my way, we passed another car wash and thought about stopping but there was no line (and no cars going through). It was a hot day so that made me think maybe it wasn't the best option. Crystal was not too far so I decided to keep going. As we approached Crystal, 2 cars were exiting and 1 was coming through. I pulled around to the entrance and 1 if the guys immediately came over to help us decide which package to go with. The car came out looking great and the price was great. I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra temporarily be used until we get a bigger car. I picked it up really, really cheap, but since it was a 2nd hand car the interior was disgusting and outside had a lot of surface scratches. So I had to get it detailed both interior and exterior of the car. Price wasn't so bad. Most of the stains in the seats are gone but not 100%, but I'm happy. Outside is scratch free of the surface scratches. I already knew deep paint scratches won't be removed so I don't really care about that. Definitely looks a lot better than how I initially dropped it off. Looks pretty close to what you'd get when you come out the dealer, though there were some foggy compound spots here and there that needed to be finished up by me. Front desk owner was quick to respond as I messaged him through Yelp (after reading some reviews). Convenient because I live a city next to where this place is located. When I went there he was friendly and explained everything quickly, easily and in detail. Worker doesn't speak English too well, but seemed like a nice guy and he knew what he was doing. Great experience overall. I buy and sell cars quite often like I do with my cellphone so I'll be coming here often from now on. read more

Ever since I moved from Boston, I have struggled to find a car wash in the area that is good and at an affordable price. And then I finally found this place! Very professional and thorough. The crew really takes care of your car and they are very friendly. I have made extra requests on a number of occasions, like hand cleaning a particular part of my car, inside or outside. They have always kept my requests and have never given me an attitude or cold shoulder or made me feel bad in any way for making extra requests. Very friendly, agreeable and nice! Needed a quick wash and the price seems decent. Wasn't bad and wasn't great either. The wash itself was ok but the wiping down was horrible on the driver's side. Two guys were wiping the car down. One guy, wiping down my passenger was very thorough. The other guy was a lazy sack of s*$#. A flick of the towel and he was done. He even kept yelling at the guy wiping down the passenger to just leave. If had more time I'd make him redo but needed to rush out of there. I should've gave all the tips to the hard worker rather than put it in the communal tip jar. read more
