SUPERHEROES UNITE…read more.. Never knew this action figure store existed until today but im so glad I did. This shop was jam packed with every genre of action figures from Ninja Turtles to Superman. Very high stacked shelves of action figures and large figures on the very top. The sole employee, Michael, took me on a tour of the adjacent room which contained even more action figures but older aged like Superman and WWF Wrestling. Prices were reasonable and they will buy action figures from customers. They even offered a wall of Disney pins, which I know is a highly collectible obsession with Disney freaks - sorry but they are.

When I asked for help, I got dry, one-word responses like I was bothering them they didn't even look up at me while talking to me At one point I sneezed and the staff managed to look at me but somehow nobody could say "bless you." Not a big deal, but it perfectly sums up the vibe -- cold and weird. They kept staring at me while I shopped, and when walking past me in the aisles, not a single "excuse me." I had to physically move out of their way so they wouldn't bump into me. If making customers feel uncomfortable is the goal, they're doing amazing. I definitely won't be back.

A gentleman continued to check on us and apologized for the heat, he was the only nice employee at the store. I understand this was a hectic event, but once we entered we weren't greeted and they looked miserable to be there. We went inside with my niece. When we got our bag with the legos inside, we were missing 8 golden pieces. When we asked for the missing pieces they had ran out and only had black pieces, which contradicts the design of the set we were building. We ended up having to buy the 8 missing pieces online in order to correctly complete the butterbeer cart. If you're going to host an event, make sure you have enough pieces or better yet coordinate the event better. I'm not sure I would attend another event at this store, as it was supposed to be free and we ended up having to buy the pieces.
