They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

Confirmed during the call they serviced my area and provided my address and contact information. Appointment was setup but no one came during the time. Called to see if they were running late/something came up and the person that answered at first couldn't find the appointment. Once they found it, they stated they would call me back after speaking with the person and reschedule. Never received a call back. I called back at the end of the day but no one picked up. The next week I called several times on different days but no one picked up. I eventually put in a request on their website to see if they would respond via email, but got no response. Called twice today; same result. I put in a request on Yelp and it was immediately responded to stating unable to service. I'm not sure what is going on but I will move on to a different company. Since they did not show up for the appointment, no estimate or work was provided/done.

Let's break it down: Honesty - I called Rob at Roof Fanatics after getting the high-pressure sales pitch from two different companies in a row. I was dreading getting another quote. Rob's entire ethos is the anti-high-pressure pitch. He told me what I needed to know, gave me options, and then let me decide. His prices were very fair and super competitive for the level of attention we received. We also needed to delay work while we addressed a non-related structural issue. Rob was patient, and never pressed us to move faster than we were comfortable with. Attention to detail - After coming by to look at the roof, we asked him to come back to look at the siding as well a few weeks later. Rob remembered my dog's name - this might be a minor thing, but it spoke to the fact that he was paying attention, and treating us like a valued customer (before we had paid him a cent!), not just another stop on his route. He personally inspected the work after each crew had finished - siding, roof, gutters. He noticed things down to the last screw, and took care that everything was done to the highest standard. Quality - Our house looks @#%! awesome. We started with an old roof that, cracking vinyl siding, and gutters that were not getting the job done. I'm very pleased with the final result - Rob even custom-sourced gutter diverters to help us install rain barrels. The final result is better than I could have hoped. Service - Along the way Rob spent a ton of time communicating with me - answering questions, discussing options, and helping me understand every detail of what was happening to my family's home. I know he has other customers, but the level of attention I received for our project made me feel like the whole company was focused on my job. Rob will truly stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied with the result. For a job as important as dealing with the roof or siding of my house, there's no one I would trust more than Rob to do an excellent job. UPDATE: I also referred Rob to my church, where we asked him to do some siding work and to look at the roofs of two church buildings where we had experienced leaks. Rob found damage to one roof caused by a tree, and with the other roof found that the shingles used were of an old, discontinued type that couldn't be easily patched. That eye for detail - the discontinued shingles - convinced our insurance company to cover the entire roof. Rob also worked with the insurance company to get the other roof covered as well. After meeting with a design specialist and waiting 4-6 weeks for a virtual rendering and floorplan, the proposed design felt bare minimum, outdated, and lacked creativity. Worst of all, the quoted estimate was almost triple our stated budget, largely due to high overhead as a design-build firm. While the company offers detailed process overviews, longstanding experience, references at the onset, and a good warranty program, we found the design quality, speed, and pricing disappointing overall. Attend their seminars for educational value, but if you value cutting-edge design, this firm may not be the right fit.

However, they are very expensive - almost a minimum job price - and they are not responsive to warranty questions and issues in the timeframe that follows the completion of a job. They've simply become too expensive for us...even given our past engagement with them.
