So how does an iPhone repair shop stand out amongst a group of seemingly undifferentiated providers? - Fair quote / price - Higher proportion of five-star Yelp reviews (!) - Convenient location? Well, it is hard to pick a phone repair shop just as it is hard to be one and attract customers.  I needed to get the repair done as quickly as possible--a cracked iPhone 11 Pro with half the screen not responding ... one of the many unfortunate results of a fall, if you wanted to know why.   Yelp allowed me to get quotes from a number of providers.  Smart Fix was at the lower end of the price quote spectrum.  I am glad I chose to go to Smart Fix .  Johnny and his associate were polite and friendly.  I left the phone with them and ran to the grocery store.  20 minutes later, I got my phone back and it was good as new.  They gave me a 10% discount on the service and also urged me to contact them if I had any issues.  It is day three today and all is well with my phone.
