Low review count on Yelp can be a terrifying thing to commit to, but Josh did a great job hanging our extremely heavy, moderately expensive mirror in our living room. We purchased a 40 x 80 mirror weighing (my first guess was 60 lbs), 70-80 pounds. Seeing as I am the least handy human being on planet earth, I started looking around for a handyman to help with hanging it above our couch. I sent Josh a message, and he responded promptly, and in a professional manner. He showed up at our agreed time of 6:30PM and got to work. He made sure everything was level, and found the studs within our impossible walls. After assessing the the actual weight of the frame, he happily took a quick trip to Home Depot to upgrade our butterfly wall screws. Josh was super friendly, and a fun guy to shoot the shit with. He agreed to come and suggested having a disposal ready just in case. Josh arrived and was helpful, professional and friendly. He quickly got to work and realized that the issue was the power from our switch to the unit. That was bad news meaning that it was most likely a wiring issue behind the walls . Before settling in that Josh decided to check some other things. One thing led to another and he found that the switch was faulty. After all was said and done Josh had it fixed (and at a minimal cost). He could have still installed the new disposal but was honest and said the brand we had should last a lifetime. Josh is very efficient, comes prepared, and is a very approachable and kind guy. His fees are very reasonable. He took off a cabinet from my garage wall in 10 minutes, and he also built wood pedestals for my new washer/dryer. One of the pedestals wasn't quite to the size needed, and he was super responsive, rebuilt the pedestal, got the dryer onto the pedestal, and reconnected it, all in a few hours.
