Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. We had an emergency late in the evening where we came home and found out that our kitchen window had been broken. It wasn't something we could wait for until the next day because it was a massive hole in our window. Bugs and little critters from outside could easily make their way in. We called the company a little bit after 7pm and he surprisingly said he could meet us that night to take measurements of the window. He told us up front that if the window was longer than 60 inches, he would not be able to replace it that night. He proceeded to ask us for our home address and to text him photos of the window. I asked him for a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get the windows replaced and he gave us a fair price. We agreed and he told us he would be there in about 1 hour. He arrived about an hour later and began examining the window. He told us that based on the photos we had texted to him, he thought the cost of the windows would be the amount he originally quoted to us, but based on the actual size of the windows after he measured it, the windows would be less money. He cleaned up the glass and carefully removed the windows. He told us he would leave and be back in about an hour from that time and sure enough, he returned with some new windows. He installed them perfectly and we paid him upon completion of the work. He even offered to come back at a later time and conduct a home estimate on how much it would be to have new windows installed. He was very polite and very helpful to us and we were so grateful that he was able to assist us that late in the day.

WORST CUSTOMR SERVICE EVER…read more Initial estiamte guy, Yura's measurements were wrong, so when the workers came, they had to measure them again. When they came back for the second time, they replaced the window nets/ screens for two windows and a frame. After they're gone, I realized that a window did NOT lock, so I had to call them again to come back to fix it. A week later, I opened a window shade to open a window, then realized that there was a gap between the window frame and a screen frame (see the picture). I texted their numbers with no answer for a week, so I called and talked to Yura who refused to come back to fix what they caused and insisted there was nothing they can do. This is the compay who claims themselves to be a PREMIER window company, which is just a joke. It's not worth investing time, eneryg, and money for this company, there are better ones out there, for sure.
