We were asked about our baby's needs, we were asked to fill out a meal plan, sleep schedule and were told they would make every effort to follow it. We were made to feel like our baby would receive love and care. It was much to our disappointment that the teachers in the classroom my baby was in did the exact opposite. Babies were being left to cry with little to no comfort, expected to stay in a crib for 2 hours whether they were taking a nap or not, if my baby fell asleep before "nap time" and woke up while other babies were asleep, he was confined to a high chair. He was fed another babies food on multiple occasions, sent home with other babies bottles. There were times my baby went the whole day with only one bottle and only got it because I called and asked them to give him his bottle. The teachers were rude anytime I called with a concern I was either spoken to rudely or hung up on. The lead teacher is ruff with the babies and picks them up by the arms. They refused to follow any suggestions I had to help my baby take a nap or eat. One time I called and asked them to please try and feed my baby again because he barely ate his lunch and was told "No we are not doing that lunch time is over." We are talking about infants here. A few of the teachers really tried but there were so many issues and concerns all brought to Miss Beverly's attention. She is a nice lady but the staff do not listen to her or respect her or the GA state laws for childcare. I had to pull my son out because the things I was witnessing were very upsetting. We saw improvements after several complaints but it was never consistent.

We love little house learning center. My son has been here for 7 months now, starting out at 4…read moremonths old. The teachers are so sweet and attentive. My son loves going to day care every day. Every day he is smiling going into the class. The teachers are fun and enthusiastic. Daily we receive several pictures throughout the day, we get notifications of how much milk he drank, all diaper changes, meals he ate (and how much he ate), and naps (and how long he napped). I would highly recommend this school. I can only account for the 0-2 year old classes but look forward to continue bringing our son to this school. He is learning so much and having a blast. My husband and I have peace of mind leaving our little boy with his teachers while we are hard at work at our jobs.

My child was enrolled from March 24, 2025 to September 5, 2025. During that five month time frame…read moremy child had 7 different teachers. At that turnover rate, my child had more teachers than classmates. There was one teacher who was there four out of the five month stint that my child and me absolutely loved! We were there solely because of her. When she resigned, I was truly heartbroken and knew that our experience there would not be the same in her absence. That very same day I put my child back on the waitlist at another facility. It was great Kiddie Kove welcomed and accepted all kids. From my observations they adhered to the teacher to student required ratio. An area of improvement is that if there is a special needs student in a classroom, then there should be an additional teacher in the classroom. I witnessed countless times where a teacher would spend significant time attempting to redirect a child, and another child would get hurt or briefly get into mischief. On 9/3/25 I witnessed this constraint and a child fell twice over a toy vacuum while the teacher was changing a diaper and verbally trying to redirect a special needs child with no success. Exactly 30mins after witnessing this, I received a call stating my child had fell and had a cut lip. The daycare center provides a clean environment. It is in a relatively newly built church that was not specifically designed for a daycare. Because of this, there are no preventative security controls to prevent random people from entering the building during pick up and drop off times. I had a very detailed conversation with the directors about this and was told 'that is a valid concern, but the Elders of the church won't agree to proposed solutions'. I do want to note that the director did suggest me unenrolling my child as a first option. The directors decided to have someone sit on the inside near the entry door; however in my opinion this still would not prevent unauthorized access into the building nor prevent them for accessing the classrooms. More than half of the time when someone was suppose to be sitting near the door, they weren't there or halfway down the hall on the phone or reading a book. Daily schedules included tv time, story time, art projects, music, limited outdoor/gym play, and basic introduction to numbers and letters. There was a $50 charge for Spanish learning which entailed a pre-recorded video being played of a teacher teaching Spanish. Personally, I didn't understand why it was charged separately; if a pre-recorded video was the approach to teach Spanish then I'm not understanding how it differs from other You-Tube videos that could be played teaching Spanish. It was also advertised on their website that extra-curricular activities included dance and martial arts, these activities did not occur during our enrollment period. There is no consistent framework of criteria communicated to parents regarding milestones a child must meet to advance to the next level up classroom. My experience was that my child was in the younger-ones classroom and I had to specifically request my child be moved to the older-ones class (my child was 19 months at the time). During our five months of enrollment, there were no conference or forums that allowed routine direct interactions between parents and directors. The directors did not appear to be there daily as I may have seen them once or twice a month. When I brought this to their attention towards the end of my enrollment period they asked what would I suggest. In response, I suggested that it would be nice if they were there during one of the 2hr pickup or drop-off window. Their response was 'That's not going to happen. I have other things to do.' Their uniforms are $24 per shirt. This is an insane markup when polo shirts are less than $5. My child was 19 months at the time, so the shirts weren't even the right size. My opinion is that the uniform requirement was simply a money-grab tactic based on the ridiculous mark-up and the fact that the official school year had already been in session a full month so why wasn't it communicated to all parents before the school year began. My overall review of Kiddie Kove is this daycare fits the capitalistic mold that many of the for-profit daycares in South Fulton where directors exploit the necessity of childcare and exploit the labor of teachers. Based on all the facts mentioned, I am convinced the directors do not run the daycare based on genuine love for children but primarily the financial gain. The high turnover rate I witnessed at this facility has much accountability that should be acknowledged at the director level. Kiddie Kove has one of the highest tuition rates in the area. I have experienced a non-profit daycare with a tuition rate that is 27% lower, have more than adequate preventative security, longer operation hours, teacher longevity, directors who are ACTIVELY involved with all students DAILY, and much more.

BSKA bought the Montessori school our kids go to and it's immediately been a disaster. The prior…read moreowner notified us on July 4th, and then we received no information from the new owners for over a week. I just dropped my kids off to find that the usually pristine facility was just covered with filth on the floor. Like someone had just dumped dirt and trash around. A teacher was trying to clean it up, because apparently the owners had just left it that way over the weekend for the old teachers to deal with unexpectedly before the parents arrive. The new owners are rarely there and when you ask when they'll be there, you get this vague "we're here whenever we can!". When they are there, they skulk in this back room area where you can't see them but they can hear what you say to the prior staff. They're just... listening in but refusing to actually communicate. They're also changed things that didn't need changing to the point that it just seems like a power trip -- like no teachers have a chair where they can sit down for a second except one, hard, dining room style chair. The final straw was that there were plastic bags left around in the trash. They talk "safety safety safety" but are leaving dangerous choking hazards left around toddlers? Filth on the floor where babies are learning to crawl? This isn't even an issue of "I just don't like their non-montessori style." This isn't a safe place any more.

March 6th he started a new daycare and when I tell you the daycare is a total 360! At Kindercare my son never ran to hug any teacher and he cried or whined nearly everyday I dropped him off! At his new location my son runs and hugs the teachers and tell me bye and waves to me as I go. He is so excited to go to school everyday and he's started communicating more. When he's out sick they call and check on him! Never had that happen at Kindercare! The energy was off there! Kids know because they can feel it too! Every single day they have lots of different activities and learning that they do that's uploaded in the app along with pictures. They also write a summary of everything they do and what they learned. Kindercare barely sent pictures and they barely ever uploaded reports! If your just looking for a daycare to have a place to put them while at work then it's cool but if your looking for them to learn and discover and have fun and enjoy themselves send them elsewhere! The classrooms at his new daycare are really large and they have two teachers at all times and about 12 students total whereas Kindercare have loads of students and one teacher! They will kick your child out for crying too much or for running around which is what they did to my child! Also their doors dnt lock so the kids can exit if they want.... One time I went to pick up my son and he was following behind 2 parents with 2 other children...he had made it through 2 doors into the area where the front desk is, so they definitely don't watch them like they should! Always wet up and clothes always inside out and backwards at pickup they dnt even think to fix their clothes! They told me after 4 months of attendance that they needed an IEP and evaluation for him to be able to return and that would tell them how to respond when he's upset and crying or acting out! You would think a daycare that has been caring for him for 4 months would have established a way to deal with a child when he's upset...however they rather outsource to help them learn how to run a daycare! If they needed an evaluation for children that don't speak they should have asked for that in the beginning for all non verbal children or all children of that matter since they sending them home for screaming and acting out from time to time! Mr. Eric also don't document incidents like other daycares to let you know a problem is arising, he just kick the child out giving you no time to work on things or find another daycare for that matter! Thank God I have the pleasure of having my own businesses and not punching nobody's clock as I wouldn't have a job dealing with this daycare...also a ratio of one teacher for every 6 toddlers is required however my sons class had 15 students and one teacher! Mr Eric is also not truthful ! He sat in a meeting and said that he never said my son couldn't return without an IEP which he definitely said on the phone he just didn't have it in him to admit it in person and I didn't have time to go back and forth ! Also he will keep your child enrolled which means daycare fees still have to be paid even tho he dnt allow them to return... while he have you doing something that requires a long wait time...he knew 2 weeks ago he wasn't going to let my son return he had every excuse in the world but didn't un enroll him ...such a scam! They so lazy they don't even document your children's food like they should or update their schedule..so basically the app is for nothing it be empty half the days and you get pics maybe 2 times a week...I had a meeting with Mr. Eric and the director Samantha yesterday and she did do everything she could to try and resolve the situation to have my son return however Mr Eric had every excuse in the book of why he couldn't come back with this or that and no documents to back up anything he said my son did! Ive been consulting with my lawyer and I decided to un enroll him today because he couldn't attend anyway... I should have known not to send him here in the first place ! After posting what happened on my social platforms to over 100k plus people most of the responses were Kindercare is not a good daycare and I totally agree! Just a bunch of people in it for the money and not for the well being of the children! Montessori was definitely way better! Not even on the same level! Thankfully he will be going to a better daycare! I do not recommend I would give 0 stars if I could! And Mr Eric does not uphold Kindercare standards at all!
