PARKING: I booked a reservation a month in advance and only needed to pay I think 15%? (Remember to print out the invoice) Once you get there, you will notice that they have two big lots across from each other with very clear signs indicating if one side is full. Immediately the lady in front explained where to park. After you park, a van would come by and pick you up then off you go to the airport!! The process prob only took about a few minutes? AND they name the car locations by countries so it is easy to remember. OF COURSE, they provide a card w/ the car location name as well. RETURNING: Hopped off the plane gave them a call answered within one second go to zone 3 waited for one minute hopped on shuttle bus! Got in my car, gave them the little ticket + invoice then paid the rest of the balance~ Just like that!!! Shoutout to ALL THE STAFF!!! great attitude, friendly, and efficient. First time using Smart Park. I booked my reservation a day before my trip. I was glad that I was able to secure a reservation. I arrived early for my reservation unfortunately the lot was full. I was given a coupon for one free day. They had another location that was about two minutes away. I wasn't sure where to pick up my shuttle when I returned. Again, flawless service from Smart Park! All the drivers I've encountered are courteous and SAFE drivers. The prices are great too. I highly recommend making a reservation with their online system. It's easy to use and I was even sent reminders. When we parked 5/4/2019 the place was filled to capacity and our space was right up front. Not only that, we were pleasantly greeted by an attendant in a cheerful way on a dreary rainy very early morning. The service upon drop off was quick and easy. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was well lit at 4 in the morning. Well attended by staff and gated. Very safe lot. Upon arrival home after getting the luggage they answered the phone right away and waited maybe 2 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. The gentleman Edward (or maybe Edwin can't remember) was super helpful with loading our luggage like it was his own and opened the door for us. My husband and I recently flew to Florida, our first vacation in four years. I was traveling with a mobility scooter and found parking to be no issue at any number of airport lots; however, only Smart Park was amenable to taking my scooter to the airport. I was told from the time I called to make the reservation that the scooter was transportable with no issue. Other facilities told me they "might" be able to take it but they wouldn't know until we arrived, and two others told me they could only handle collapsible wheel chairs. Smart Park was terrific from start to finish in providing a safe parking area for our car, fenced and secure, and also in helping load and unload the scooter. They were also $2 less expensive per night than any other location I called, including Park & Fly's groupon rate. We would highly recommend this location if you are flying out of PHL. read more

We always get a spot here at the smart park before going away or on vacation. It's pretty easy keeps us at easy knowing we have a ride to and from the airport. The price is very affordable and are vehicles have yet to blow away, go missing or any other damage. It's a great way to get where you want/ need to go and not worry. Made reservation two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, informed that no spaces remained (What?!?!?). Sent ten minutes away but detoured further due to construction. New lot service was slow because we did not have a reservation with them. Nearly missed our flight due to nearly 45 minutes diversion. Get your act together, Smart Park! I found the staff attentive, accommodating, and engaged. I get motion sickness easily and the drivers to and from the airport let me sit in the front seat. Two even helped me get the vending machine working at the lot, when they could have let me flounder. One called his boss to help and the boss never blinked an eye at the request. My boyfriend and I parked our car at SmarkPark for 6 nights recently. I decided on SmartPark after reading other reviews online and looking at prices of other lots by the Philly airport. While SmartPark is a little cheaper than some other lots, keep in mind after all taxes and fees are added to your quote, another $35-$40 bucks will be added to the total, maybe more depending on how many nights you're parking. Anyway, the lot is easy to find and well organized. It's divided into categories and after you park you get a card to remind you what section you parked in. We were picked up by a shuttle just moments after parking, and then dropped at our gate at the airport. Getting from the lot to our drop of point took maybe 15 minutes total including dropping off another couple first. Other people were being dropped after us. The shuttle held 12 people I think? Maybe 15? We came home on a Sunday night which is always hush at the airport. You call to get picked up when you retrieve your luggage. We did have to wait maybe 30 mins or so to get a shuttle back because many people were waiting for a SmartPark shuttle (and all other shuttles too). I appreciated that when you call for a SmartPark shuttle they adding you to a driver. Then when a shuttle pulls up to the crowd waiting to get on, they call out the names of people assigned to them. This ensures that other people can't just push ahead of you and get on when you were waited/requested a ride first. I witnessed this happened several times - people tried to push ahead and the drivers said 'no I'm here for X, Y and Z, if you're not them, you need to wait for your shuttle.' Overall we had a good experience and I would likely use SmartPark again. read more

We were headed to Orlando for a few days and with the closure of the Economy Parking Lot at the airport, I needed an affordable place to park my 7 year old car. I take good care of the vehicle, and I didn't want to park at a dimly-lit, pot-hole filled lot. So, I cancelled a previous reservation for another parking service due to unfavorable reviews. Making the reservation with Smart Park was easy. I booked only a few days before my trip and a spot was available. They get a quote to you right away and you don't pay in full. I called to have my reservation resent to my e-mail due to a typo I had made and they were glad to do so. You don't have to print the reservation when you park, but I always like a back-up plan. Once you arrive at the lot, a van follows you to your car and the driver picks up your luggage. The driver hands you a card for the pick up service when you arrive back to the airport. The driver quickly drives you to the airport so that you make it to check in on time. We were actually running late, but we got through bag drop off and TSA on time. On the way home, we had two delays. One due to missing our flight and the other due to a delay in picking up our luggage at the carousel because of snow. However, once we were reunited with the luggage, I called the number on the card. While there was a delay in getting a van to us, we were eventually picked up. There were plenty of vans passing us from competing lot services. However, no customers were aboard any of them. Once Smart Park arrived for the pick up, two other parties from our gate joined us. There wasn't room enough for a fourth group, because another party was already aboard. It was the busiest van in the airport at that time! I'm glad I found a smart alternative to parking at the airport. I choose Smart Park due to the positive reviews. Although I cancelled my first reservation with a competing lot due to their reviews, their van was the first one waiting outside our gate. Such is life! read more

Fantastic experience. Parked there and got a ticket to call when I arrive. Returned at midnight yesterday. Informed i was on the "Second Shuttle" due to volume. It arrived 10 minutes later. Full house. Got to my car quickly. Unable to pay as the lot was unattended. Got a call today, which I returned informing of my non payment. I lost my ticket, but provided my ID instead. She found my reservation and took off 2 of the 4 days for the inconvenience of not being informed to pay across the street. Best part was that I was KEPT INFORMED. I knew what to expect and when. If a competitive business like this, Good Customer Service is a "Key Differentiator." Smart Park really nailed it. Thanks. I will be back on my next long term park. We always use Smart Park and are typically pleased with the service. However I've noticed that it often takes a longer time for us to be picked up than other services. We seem to be one of the last ones from our flights at the waiting area to be picked up - and when it's cold it's noticeable! Best airport parking around. Low cost. Convenient. They pick you up at your car and shuttle you to the airport. You call them when you get back (and have luggage in hand) to get a shuttle back. Shuttles are fast and safe- comfy too (large vans with sliding doors and easy-to-climb steps). Drivers are courteous. All of this info (along with your car's location) is captured on a small business card. Make your reservation online before showing up and make sure to print out your confirmation; the scanner doesn't work on a phone. I showed up to the main lot when we needed to park 2.5 hours in advance of our flight. We had reserved ahead of time. SmartPark directed us to another southern lot. Then we waited ten minutes for the van to fill. Since there are few options left given CoVId we will continue to use SmartPark. If I had another option, I would take it. The driver is very professional. That's the best part. But if you have another choice, go with it. They gave us a coupon for a free day of parking due to the extra driving to the southern lot. That's nice but not enough. When we returned it took a full hour from the time we called until we returned to our car. Just so you know it can be a poor choice for shuttle service but without PhL economy parking we are stuck. Don't use SmartPark. It's not good. read more

The service was A+ when dropping off my car for my flight: safe lot, courteous driver, prompt. However, the true test with shuttle services is a timely pickup AFTER your flight. Unfortunately, my quest will continue for a shuttle service that arrives close to the time that you call. My flight landed late, and at 1:00am, it took 25 minutes to get picked up. We were the last ones in the airport. I was hoping for better. I did appreciate though them calling me back to advise the delay was due to being stuck behind a train; however, many other shuttles from other companies were coming and going with no issues. read more

I have been using SmartPark for more than 25 years, but in the last few years, they seem to be victims of their own success. This is evident in their need to send customers to their other site, ExpressPark even though customers have reservations. The other lot is not more than 10 minutes away, but when traveling, a detour of even 10 minutes is frustrating. The biggest issue, though, is their chaotic approach to picking up from the airport. Again because of their success, there is often a number of people all waiting for their shuttles. When a shuttle arrives, there is a mad dash to get to the shuttle, since there is no system of ensuring that people who have been waiting the longest will be picked up first. This is in spite of the fact that each customer has called to alert SmartPark to the need of a pick-up, so they know who has been waiting. The further along your terminal is, the more likely you will see multiple, full shuttles pass before you are able to board, too. I will be looking for a new parking company with a more organized, more equitable approach yo their treatment of customers. read more
