I called the other McCalister plumbers out of West T and they were able to unclog it within 15 minutes. I don't know enough about plumbing to know what should be "hard" or not, but I was surprised they couldn't fix it and even more surprised after the other company fixed it so quickly.

Honesty & loyalty are not on the priority list with Supreme. Paying 1/3 the cost of the unit itself for a repair only 1 year in, that was install error is ridiculous! All my neighbors warned me not to use them, I wish I would have listened. Rates are almost double what other local companies charge. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Price gouging at Supreme!
