(See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. I guess its worth it to him to to lose future business and referrals over what could have been a fairly simple fix. Cant wait to see how he responds to this review and what excuses he has.

Sean was very patient with questions and my suggested modifications, and was very quick with responses - both before and during the installation. Price wasn't the lowest, but was far from the highest of the quotes we got, and there was no hard sell (unlike a few others). The crew was quick and very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left.
