Haven't had a drop of alcohol in over a year, but since I do eat food and drink beverages other than water it constantly says TRY AGAIN. It's sad that they can milk us for money, just because.

Edison told me I had to make a 13th monthly payment and when I come back with my paper work I would pay $55 for the removal fee and my card would be credited back the $84.50. After my device was removed I asked to get my money back for the 13th month. Edison told me we were even because he didn't charge me for the removal fee($55). I tried to explained to him that 84.50 is actually more than 55 dollars. He then started to agree with me telling me that the state of Maryland chargers 6% sells tax. He even asked me why was I complaining about "a couple dollars" and repeatly said, "I dont have your money." Dude, 55X 6% is 3.3, 58.30 from 84.50 is over 25 dollars! Should I be ok with being charged $25 dollars more, on a credit card. I finally told him you know what your right, and hung up the phone. This guy needs to go back to kentergarden and learn some basic math. He was telling me that with sales tax $55 is actually around 85? Just stop arguing with me and credit back my credit card, wow. If my six year old doesn't pass math, at least he can become a draeger tech.

WARNING!!!! stay clear away from this company. I had my…read moreLifeSafer device installed on July 2, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. I was warned by other companies about LifeSafer, and now I understand why. Every month, I face billing issues, including phantom charges and repeated attempts to double-charge me for the shop fee, which I was told to pay directly to the shop. Communication is a challenge. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and when I use the chat feature, the representatives are consistently rude and unhelpful, making an already difficult situation worse. According to my contract, I'm required to pay a $60 monthly fee and a $20 calibration fee directly to the shop. As of September 5, 2024, my balance with LifeSafer was $0. However, when I visited the shop for my monthly calibration on October 4, 2024, I was charged an additional $20 shop fee, despite having already paid it. My total bill came to $85.18, but upon checking my account, the amount inexplicably increased to $125.18. It seems LifeSafer added a $20 charge for a phantom service visit on September 10, 2024, and another $20 as an adjustment. When I tried to resolve this via chat, the representatives offered no help, only aggravation, and misinformation. This company is consistently trying to overcharge me, and based on other complaints I've seen, I'm not alone in this experience. I am filing formal complaints with the Attorney General's offices in both New York and Florida to help protect others from falling victim to LifeSafer's questionable practices. I highly recommend everyone to stay clear of this company even if you have to pay a ;little more else where. The aggravation alone is worth a few more dollars. Date of experience: October 07, 2024

Not only did he complete the job faster than he had estimated but he was able to fix the engine under the cost that we had been prepared for. His shop is one of the few in the area that mainly focus on cars and regular sized trucks but can service the "Uhaul" type box truck that we have without costing the exorbitant prices that the big rig shops charge. I was so impressed with his work ethic, performance and honesty that I intend to utilize his expertise for anything needed for my personal vehicles. It's extremely rare to find such a knowledgable and down to earth mechanic that doesn't seem to have exploitative intentions, these days. I am pleased to give FSR an exemplary review.
