Everything was fine except the money every month I think I paid around $125 a month. I paid my debt to the Commweath of Pennsylvania. I have my unrestricted license. Now road is telling me I have to wait 7 days before they will release me from their system before I can get the device removed. I sent them a picture of my new license. Company has zero 'Customer Service'. Don't believe the website hype about knowing what your going through and how they are there to get you 'back on the road'. They DO NOT care. Once they have this equipment in your vehicle you are left with no recourse if there's any issues. Automated calls and A.I. responses to emails. Not sure about the other companies, but do your research. Just don't use this one. Not to mention I live in a fairly populated area. There's ONE service center that can do my resets and calibrations. The others are over an hour away. There were two - and both complained about the company too! read more

If you have a Roadguard Interlock system, good luck getting any car maintenance done. They are very unresponsive and this makes it very difficult to get even the most basic repairs done. After waiting over a week to try and get my brakes done I gave up when my garage could not get a useful response from Roadguard Interlock. I then decided to have the voluntary system removed from my vehicle. Unfortunately, they are even more unresponsive when you try and get this done. I have been working for over a week to get this done and it is a nightmare. First, you email them and wait 3-5 days for them to respond. Then they respond with an email telling you to call them. After you wait at least 1 hr for anyone to answer your call, you are told to just call your local service provider. If you do that, the local service provider directs you back to Roadguard Interlock, because they need a work order which, of course, has not been provided. No one seems to know what they are doing and you end up being given an endless runaround. read more

0 STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION, I've been with road guard for half a year and the service and all around reliability for their customers is unrealistic and sketchy. You will get overcharged and then be forced to pay their extra fees that they will claim you've done but cannot show you proof of when, where, or what time things took place, their only way to get your money refunded is to either take the money as credited to your account with or be told to wait 6-8 weeks to get your money back. As a customer there should always be a easy way to make sure everyone is satisfied and us as the customer isn't left feeling cheated and stolen from, getting a DUI is a mistake that if someone is taking the necessary steps to take responsibility for shouldn't always get treated a second class civilian because of a mistake you've made. From the very beginning with this company service has always been very terrible, as a paying customer I'm always inconvenienced and accused of doing things to benefit their company but never can be shown any paperwork to prove anything. Every appointment I've had has taken HOURS, Yes HOURS. I can't believe they claim their a "nationwide" business, it seems more like something ran out of a garage. read more

ABSOLUTELY the WORST!!!! Please please please people. DO BOT waste your money. I mean all these interlock companies are garbage, but Drager RoadGuard takes the cake. In fact they made the cake and passed it out. I wish there was an option to give negative 80 STARS but I can't. Andrew Harper (Tech- Fredericksburg) was beyond rude and as helpful in answering questions as a turd in a punch bowl. Showed up for my removal 15 mins before my appointment and no one was at the location at 1130am July 11,2023. The only response back I got was from Daniel (Admin guy) who stated that Andrew was at a doctors appointment and may or may not come in at all. Was told to wait and Andrew may come back. After waiting 4 hours at that location. The General manager (Phil) was called during that time and he had no answers either and stopped answering calls from Daniel or myself. The GM did call me back a while later after the fact and when I called him back I never received an answer and another call back. Made another appointment at the Richmond Va shop for July 12th 10am. Had two people cut in line who had appointments after my 10am appointment. Waited over an hour and Jacob (Tech- Richmond) was about as friendly as a Soviet Guard ti a prisoner in a gulag. Hung up on me twice when I was trying to get verification on my appointment and the directions " man I'm busy right....click!". He was nice in person as most people are, just needs to work on his phone etiquette with PAYING customers. Save your money folks.... Cause nobody care at Drager RoadGuard Interlock. Do not use them in Va or anywhere. I'm sure they aren't any better in Tx either. We may have gotten a DUI but your customer service shouldn't affect our treatment as paying customers. I figured TEN Honorably served years in the Marine Corps would mean something to Dragers but I guess Not. Save your money Everybody and find another better company..... My son had an interlock installed by the company on 2/27. It's now 4/9 and they STILL HAVE NOT sent his paperwork to the DMV so he can get his license back! When you call you get caught in VOICE MAIL HELL. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!! read more
