Edison is incompetent. I was charged 84.50 for a 13 month(out of 12). I didn't have my DMV letter…read morewhen a came in for the final download. Edison told me I had to make a 13th monthly payment and when I come back with my paper work I would pay $55 for the removal fee and my card would be credited back the $84.50. After my device was removed I asked to get my money back for the 13th month. Edison told me we were even because he didn't charge me for the removal fee($55). I tried to explained to him that 84.50 is actually more than 55 dollars. He then started to agree with me telling me that the state of Maryland chargers 6% sells tax. He even asked me why was I complaining about "a couple dollars" and repeatly said, "I dont have your money." Dude, 55X 6% is 3.3, 58.30 from 84.50 is over 25 dollars! Should I be ok with being charged $25 dollars more, on a credit card. I finally told him you know what your right, and hung up the phone. This guy needs to go back to kentergarden and learn some basic math. He was telling me that with sales tax $55 is actually around 85? Just stop arguing with me and credit back my credit card, wow. If my six year old doesn't pass math, at least he can become a draeger tech.

Company has zero 'Customer Service'. Don't believe the website hype about knowing what your going…read morethrough and how they are there to get you 'back on the road'. They DO NOT care. Once they have this equipment in your vehicle you are left with no recourse if there's any issues. Automated calls and A.I. responses to emails. Not sure about the other companies, but do your research. Just don't use this one. Not to mention I live in a fairly populated area. There's ONE service center that can do my resets and calibrations. The others are over an hour away. There were two - and both complained about the company too!

Excellent experience - highly recommend Zee. He called back quickly and was available to come out…read moresame day and showed up when he said he would. His original quote was very reasonable and the actual cost of the work needed was also extremely reasonable. Zee was very professional and friendly. He was able to repair the lock on my front door which had a couple of issues and it is working nicely, but it is pretty old so I will likely replace it at some point. My other lock on the door leading to the garage was a bigger problem as it would always stick and was not lined up well with the door. Zee showed me where parts of the lock were bent and recommended replacing the lock which made perfect sense since he was also able to rekey the new lock to my existing key. He also took the extra time to really figure out what was out of alignment between my door and the lock and did some repositioning that completely resolved a problem I have been dealing with for years - extremely pleased!

Sher M was clearly incapable of doing his job and was either afraid or too stupid to request assistance, however did not have a problem wasting mine and my friends valuable time and money.
