I was very hopeful to have a good result with this company. Along the way, we had two deaths in the family plus 2 pregnancies in the office, one of which was my wife who is a hygienest. This happened while we were setting the whole smartbox campaign up and getting information ready for the website to go up. We had signed the contract already and I made sure I informed our client rep of the struggle we were having in our office and personal life. We were stuck in an 18month contract which only after multiple attempts and full length emails on my behalf, they offered to put the service on halt which was too late in the game and months later than when we needed it. Colin only made himself available before signing us up for the service, but NEVER during the time we needed to talk to him and explain our extrenous circumstance. He has never spoken to us in the whole 18 months of the contract, and we spent over $60,000 with the company. The client rep we were given was nice, but had no say in anything and could never give me a straight answer until he could "check" with his superiors. I was VERY dissapointed how the promised google adwords budget was not applied in this whole period of mourning nor was it given when everything was back to normal with the marketing. I have written numerous emails and tried calling Colin numerous times since they claim to be a "family run business" but they treat you and Colin ignores you like they're this mega corporation. I only got to speak with a contract specialist, or client specialist, but never with Colin, the owner, evern after many numerous requests to speak with him. I don't leave many if any negative reviews, but this is one that dentists need to know about and stay away from this company. The results were VERY minimal and NOT EVEN CLOSE to delivering on their "GUARANTEE" of how many patient calls per month they say you will get. And once you sign contract, the fine print states that the guarantee is not accurate for all clients and they can not be held to it. Please be aware of all this when deciding to hire them.
