However, I am a OnePlus user and was declined by multiple shops because they don't do less popular brands. The issue: I had dropped my Oneplus phone from 40 feet and the back glass shattered to pieces. After fixing my phone screen I went home and every 15 min I have to switch off and on coz my phone freezes and phone heats up so fast. Absolutely robbed by this place. I came in to have my screen fixed and was told they did not have the parts and needed to order them for my phone. I paid the full amount up front and NEVER received any call or information about the parts. Went there several times only to be brushed off by whoever was in the store that day. Later I find out that they business changed hands and not only that, it's far too late to get anything back from the bank. This is the worst phone repair place, I would not recommend. The back of my iPhone shattered I was going to sell the phone and get a new one when I heard of the fix at Culver City drove an hour away just to get it repaired over there as I heard They have the special equipment necessary for this job, they were so nice and accommodating they saw I had my elderly mother with me and they didn't wanna keep me waiting too long. They also knew I had my babies at home so I couldn't just leave my phone there. I waited for about an hour while I had lunch and grab a coffee. I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. I brought in a fully functional Google Pixel 8 Pro with only one issue: the battery was draining faster than before. On Saturday, 07/19/25, I contacted this repair service based on their excellent Google reviews. Rajan assured me he could replace the battery and confirmed that he had experience specifically with the Pixel 8 Pro. I paid him $100, and he told me the phone would be ready in an hour. However, an hour later, it became clear that the repair had gone very wrong: the screen was now completely inoperable, and the back cover was cracked. Rajan attempted to fix the situation by replacing the screen with a new one. This took four days, until Wednesday, 07/23/25. He claimed he paid $250 out of his own pocket for the new screen. He also ordered a replacement back cover from China, which, as I understand it, should arrive in a couple of weeks. When I finally received the phone back, I discovered that so many components were no longer working that the device had essentially become unusable. I now have no choice but to buy a new phone; this phone model costs $750. Despite this, Rajan refuses to refund the $100 I paid for the battery replacement, arguing that he already spent money on the screen. As a result, I've lost $850 due to this disastrous repair. ________________________________________ Here's the list of the issues after the unsuccessfull battery replacement (none of these problems existed before): 1. There is sound when playing music, but no sound from alarms or incoming calls, even though all sound settings are enabled. 2. No voice is recorded in any app using the microphone. 3. Wireless charging no longer works. 4. The fingerprint sensor is completely non-functional. 5. The edge of the screen is loose and may detach easily -- it appears the screen was not properly secured during reassembly. 6. The back cover is cracked. 7. They overcharge you a lot for what are obviously low quality third party parts. My phone, as seen below, had fallen out of my pocket with the case on mind you and the only thing to break was the back glass that they had replaced mere weeks before. For this part to be low quality yet cost $140 is outrageous, finally coupled with the fact that it took them a whole day longer than they estimated makes it a place I won't be returning to. It took about 3 hours to fix, which is longer then what we were initially told (1.5-2 hours) but totally worth the wait.
