BEST PHONE REPAIR IN TOWN!!! Best phone repair in town hands down. My phone was fixed in 15 minutes. Didn't even think it was possible to look like new again, now it's even better. Looks and feels like just got it out of the box. Super Friendly and kind staff!!! Thank you for the FIX!!!

    Before and after

The back of my iPhone shattered I was going to sell the phone and get a new one when I heard of the fix at Culver City drove an hour away just to get it repaired over there as I heard They have the special equipment necessary for this job, they were so nice and accommodating they saw I had my elderly mother with me and they didn't wanna keep me waiting too long. They also knew I had my babies at home so I couldn't just leave my phone there. I waited for about an hour while I had lunch and grab a coffee. I came back to this wonderful phone working perfectly fine. They literally saved me over $1000. I can't thank them enough. I'll definitely be back here if I need anything for my phones everybody was so polite and nice and it was very affordable. They even gave my mom a screen protector on the house. True customer service. Thank you Eric and Zack

Phone is still inoperable and I am out of town. Super disappointed in the service from this place. I can't say that I would recommend anyone go here for device repair services. Money wasted and the device is pretty much useless I'm so confused because the reviews here are primarily good. Yelp got this one wrong. And I don't like the fact that the vendor took my phone to post his own review. I had to edit the original review because it wasn't me who put it there. The store did while in possession of my phone.

My phone (with a case on) fell out of my pocket and sustained a little crack which ended up causing the entire backing to fall off

They overcharge you a lot for what are obviously low quality third party parts. My phone, as seen below, had fallen out of my pocket with the case on mind you and the only thing to break was the back glass that they had replaced mere weeks before. For this part to be low quality yet cost $140 is outrageous, finally coupled with the fact that it took them a whole day longer than they estimated makes it a place I won't be returning to. Only positive thing I can say is that the replacement piece did have the apple logo even though it was clearly 3rd party parts.

Needed to get new Apple Watch band and screen protector and they helped me out! Great service! thanks guys for everything!

My son dropped his school issued iPad and shattered the glass. I called Mobile Fixx and was told that it would be $120 to replace the screen and they would do it same day. It took about 3 hours to fix, which is longer then what we were initially told (1.5-2 hours) but totally worth the wait. His iPad was also bent, so they took care of that as well, and didn't charge extra. I would absolutely return to Mobile Fixx and highly recommend them!

Store looks nice Great customer services

I hate technology and I despise having to visit a cell phone outlet so when I needed to change my…read moreSIM card with SPRINT to T-Mobile I thought it would be a good time to look into repairing my current phone or simply purchasing a new one. The current phone I purchased in Las Vegas right at the start of COVID after I lost my phone at a tradeshow. I was also roped into buying a tablet which I never use and my bill skyrocketed between making payments on the new phone as well as multiple lines, etc. It was a typical cell phone rip-off. I visited the T-Mobile on Wilshire Blvd off Third and was greeted to an empty store of sales associates looking to sell someone something. The girl who was "helping me" was intent in convincing to just purchase a new phone for another $50 per month for two years and she said I had no insurance which was strange as well. I decided to leave and see what can be done to fix what I have since two years old is not ancient and it was in disrepair physically because I neglected the device. The actual cost of a new phone with interest was like $1200 and I just don't trust these people who work in phone stores. They act like used car sales people and need to be avoided at all costs. I visited one repair shop which wanted to charge me over $400 which sounded insane so I decided to visit the DROP SMASH FIX location at 1708 Ocean Park Boulevard and I'm glad I did! I had gotten an estimate for the same work here which was roughly $270 and once a part arrived it could take two hours to repair. While the part took a couple of days, I couldn't be happier and satisfied in avoiding that hell known as T-MOBILE and the people at DROP SMASH FIX were competent, friendly and willing to help me without trying to rip me off! It was a seamless process and I'm actually shocked how well things went! My phone appears brand new with the glass replaced on both sides as well as the side button was fixed and replaced. The phone is working great and they even replaced the SIM card for me. I could not be happier and my monthly cell bill will remain the same as there was no need to purchase yet another phone. I have a SAMSUNG Note and I prefer this product to any APPLE I-phone. The phone number is 310-526-7704 and either in-person or one the phone the service is trusting and competent. The e-mail is sm@dropsmashfix.com. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new phone, stop here before making that purchase! They will treat you respect and not push you into a purchase you probably don't need unless you're one of these people who need the latest model on the market. I like the new flips, but that can wit for now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had it not been for the fact that I had little time to turn the phone back into the carrier (with a working/flawless screen) I'd have asked them to fix it, but time didn't allow that. They could have at least tested the phone by turning it on. Also, I was awaiting a call to tell me the work was done, which I never got and had to call myself to ask.

I took it into the Apple Store, and they said that the only thing they could finish trace the whole part which was actually pretty large, and they wanted to charge $400. I'd rather buy a new iPad. After seeing this dude work his magic on people's phones, I decided to bring in my iPad. He took care of it in 5 minutes at a very fair price.

Have you ever dropped your iPhone, cracked the screen, and thought "oh jiminy cricket"?…read more My husband (and I-- I did after all vow to make his problems my problems) faced this very problem in August. We stared at his horrendous screen full of one thousand sharp edges, ready to cut his face open. After searching some third party cell phone repair reviews on Yelp, I advised him to book a genius bar appointment. There were too many repairs gone wrong horror stories. To me, it wasn't worth saving the max $75 (~$75-85 for third party screens; $150 for apple to repair it at their store) because the risk of additional phone issues (unresponsive screen, home button doesn't work, etc etc) sounded terrible. So he did what any good husband would do-- he came home after a Target run to the Culver City Westfield Mall with an incidental brand.new.phone.screen from Repair Stop. He was beaming. I believe the words were "I saved so much time" (since the genius bar didn't have convenient and rapid appointments in the near future) and "It was cheaper than the apple store" ($95 with tax). Famous last words. A few days later, during which he took excellent care of his phone, he discovers that his near field communication function (NFC/Apple Pay) doesn't work. We tried several merchants; his device wasn't recognized and the message kept saying "hold near reader". Apply pay was working the few days after the cracked screen and all up until the morning he had the screen replaced at Repair Stop. So we drove back to the mall on a Sunday and ask the gentleman who fixed his screen the first time to help us out. Unfortunately, he was less than interested, and told us to come back next Saturday, since David the manager only works Saturday. Next Saturday comes along. I call Repair Stop to ask for David and confirm he's actually there. The person who picks up the phone tells me that David only works Sundays. He never works Saturdays. Right. Well isn't this just the bees knees? It smells like I'm being sent in circles. Sunday comes along. I call Repair Stop again and ask for David. David tells me it's likely a software issue, and to trouble shoot the problem with Apple. If the problem isn't software after troubleshooting, he said to bring the phone back to Repair Stop and he'll either fix it or refund the screen repair cost. As a side note-- I'm not a techie but there are plenty of forums in which other users complain of a defunct NFC after screen repair from incidental loosening of screws near the NFC device during time of repair. I spend the next four hours with Apple: the conclusion is that it's not software. I drive down to Repair Stop 30 minutes before they close on Saturday; I could tell that David was surprised that I actually followed through with his diversion tactic. He opens up the phone and tells me it's not a hardware problem but at the same time could fix the problem if he had another special tool which he didn't have that day (?I thought it wasn't a hardware problem). He told me I should come back next weekend when he had that special tool. And this is when we drew the line in the sand. No more sending us to chase our tails; we've been more than tolerant of these games. He finally and begrudgingly returned the screen repair fee of $95. Moral of story? Don't take shortcuts. Remember my husband's famous words, "I saved so much time" and "It was cheaper than the apple store"? We definitely wasted a huge chunk of our time after Repair Stop intentionally sent us in circles to avoid dealing with a problem they caused. And, we definitely are going to spend more all in after fixing the NFC with Apple than if we had just had our screen fixed with Apple in the first place. You've been warned.
