It can be mistaken for Woodside Square, which is the shopping mall at McCowan and Finch in Scarborough. I used to come here often. Gone are stores such as Roots, Danier, Michaels, and Club Monaco. These days, I shop at Winners, Staples, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Chapters, and Longo's. I like the Kelsey's Roadhouse when I feel like wings and things. There's also a Home Depot and Winco Supermarket. I haven't been to either store. One of these days, I'll give them a try. There is lots of parking. A few years ago, a number of electric charging stations were set up across from Kelsey's. Often, you'll see folks sitting in their cars, waiting for them to charge up before they take off. The Chapters no longer has a Starbucks. It's a shame because I loved grabbing a drink and casually perusing the store while sipping. If you do need your Starbucks fix, you can get it at Longo's. You can earn double the points by scanning both your Starbucks rewards and Longo's barcodes. The old Michaels store is now a Joe Fresh outlet. I still need to drop by and see what goodies I can get. It's a decent plaza. I hope that the turnovers have stopped! (473)

It has changed ownership a number of times over the years, but it has remained a Foody Mart for a while. McDonald's and Foody Mart anchor this plaza. I recently recounted coming over to McDonald's after work when I used to work in Scarborough over a decade ago. It was my go-to place to get a quick bite. I came back to reminisce and get a quarter pounder with cheese combo. This plaza is small. Parking can get crazy at dinner time. However, I've never had an issue parking when I am here. Recently, Popeyes moved in next to McDonald's. I like competition and variety. The food at this Popeyes was yummy and decent. The Steeles branch of the Toronto Public Library is at this plaza. It is small. It's good for locals who want to borrow books or kids who want to partake in activities that this library has to offer. If you are a high school student or older, it may not be an adequate space to find what you are looking for research-wise. It also isn't a quiet library from my experience a while back. There's the Doctor's Office that is a walk-in clinic. You can also book an appointment to seek medical help and skip the longer wait as a walk-in patient. A few doors down is a pharmacy should you need to get a prescription. There are many eateries. I personally would like to visit Pho 88 and Sam Woo BBQ. I have flagged both places on my list, but have yet to drop by. I hope to soon. It's a good plaza if you don't like huge crowds. It also has everything that I like, from groceries to eateries. (179)

This plaza has been home to some longstanding establishments such as McDonald's, Pho 88 and Sam Woo, as well as other well frequented businesses such as Foody Mart and Scotiabank. The Toronto Public Library's Steeles branch is also located here. Despite plenty of parking, this shopping centre can get quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends.

If you're sitting at two tables that are stuck together and aren't using one side, don't be surprised if someone asks if they can pull the table apart to sit next to you. There is a TV on each side of the food court depending on which way you're facing and it appears to always be set to Fairchild. The food court has notices that guests are restricted to a 60 minute sitting time. I've never been there that long so I'm not sure if it's enforced. I do always see maintenance wiping the tables and cleaning the trays so the tables are pretty comfortable. This little plaza really has everything you need!

The food here has always been good when I eat at this location. I have been to other Moxie's and they are not good. A con for this mall is the transit is now outside the mall on one of the side roads. When the LRT used to be open there was a bus bay there the buses used to stop. So for transit users this mall isn't as convenient as it used to be. This mall is best for those who have a car.

There's an Ikea city store and Urban Behavior clearance store with all items $10 or less. This new information kiosk is kind of cool. Its setup like a smartphone with widgets. If you are looking to do some Xmas shopping this holiday season then definitely come here. The food offerings here are excellent as well. They got a huge food court with lots of delicous food offerings across the globe. You want more of a dine in experience? Visit Moxies, Jack Astors, Scaddabush, Milestones, Hibachi, etc. The washrooms here need more TLC. The cleaning staff need to clean more frequently to make it a more pleasant shopping experience.
