There were two smartphone repair shops relatively near my office, and in fact I chose this one even though it was significantly further away. Number one, they offer an online quote through Yelp. Number two, the response was timely and courteous. Number three, the quote was very reasonable. I had a badly cracked screen on my HTC 10, for which they had to order a special part. I placed the order on Tuesday and it was estimated to take three to five business days. It arrived on Monday evening, so it was more like six days. I didn't mind waiting, but obviously faster would be better. They executed the repair in about an hour, just as estimated. They warranty their work for ninety days. I observed some very minor cosmetic issues post-repair that I didn't bother to bring up. However, there is a significant functional issue that they were not able to resolve. They tried their best, I think; so in the end I was more or less satisfied with their efforts. But obviously I'm disappointed that my phone does not work 100% like new. The customer service (mostly from Doug in my case) was a bright spot. Despite my sub-optimal experience, I would still recommend this outfit. read more

My Samsung A20 phone worked, but the power button did not yurn th phone on. I hd to trap on the phone twice instead. Thew store did not have a part to fix that and I bought the part myself and brought it to the sore and left it together with the phone with the technician to repair ($60). In an hour, the technician told me that the phone is completely dead, cannot be repaired and that is it!. Edit: So its been a while and i should've done this a while back but i don't use this that frequently. Around the time of my original posting i was contacted by Doug and we were able to resolve the issue. The phone in question was repaired fully shortly there after. He was helpful and explained the situation. I was just very frustrated at the time of the review. The screen was fixed to work normally and it didn't take long once it was back with them. I've since suggested them to a few folks and am glad we were able to work things out amicably. Again for forgive the delay in updating the post im not on here very often. My phone wouldn't charge or turn on the other day, so I took it to Sprint to see if I could get it replaced. I didn't have insurance and my upgrade isn't until June, so they referred me to this place. It only took a few minutes for them to figure out what was wrong (the charging port was broken). My screen was also shattered pretty badly. They quoted me $99 to fix the screen AND replace the charging port, which was awesome considering the fact that the Apple store quoted me $199 just to replace my screen a couple weeks ago. They also put on a new screen protector for only $5 since I was getting two other repairs done. It was really fast, too. I came back 45 minutes later, and my phone was ready. Everything is running smoothly, and I'm having no problems with the screen or charging. There's also a 90-day warranty on all repairs, but I doubt I'll need to use that. We went into the store on Christmas Eve with a fried iPhone. The local AT&T store referred us to this store. The folks were awesome! They spent a good long time trying to diagnose and fix the phone. Unfortunately beside the battery, there was another part that needed fixing, beyond their expertise. They told us what was wrong, and to go to Apple. I brought my Aunt's cell phone in because the home button was not responding in unless you pushed it really hard, I figured it needed to be replaced. We walked in to a clean and organized store with a huge selection of phone cases, there's also a small sitting area to sit and wait during the repair. I liked the displays of broken electronics parts, cool decor and a good reuse of what would otherwise be junked. The gentlemen that greeted us took a look at the phone and pointed out that the screen had popped out of the phone, which was likely the cause of the button issue. He took the phone back and reset the screen into the phone free of charge. I asked to pay him something, he refused. This place is a complete scam operation. My iPhone glass cover broke so I brought it in for replacement. It took about 30 minutes. They replaced it with a type of glass which was thicker and couldn't be seen with my polarized sun glasses. Every time I wore sunglasses I couldn't see the screen so I had to take them off whenever I used the phone which was pretty frequently. Shortly after the phone was repaired the ringtone became faulty and the phone would not fully charge. The battery just kept depleting even though it was being charged. Took it back the next day, they took a look at it and supposedly stated that was a separate issue and had nothing to do with them fixing the glass cover the day before - mind you the phone was completely functional prior to them replacing the glass Cover. Needless to say they "fixed it." The phone never worked the same afterwards, the main screen would freeze a Lot. And finally the antenna went out and I was forced to purchase a new phone since apple couldn't take the screen off due to the crappy technique these people placed the cover with. So ended up spending a lot of money and wasted time because I made the unfortunate decision to trust these people to replace my phone cover. Stay clear of this place! They lure you in with the gimmick of a good price but then end up screwing you over due to poor service. read more

Back in April I had an iPhone 11 screen replaced at this location. It has been a problem ever since. Immediately after the $170 repair the phone became unresponsive. The screens touch feature stopped working. We gave them as a call, and were told to bring it back in. After bringing it in for a second time the problem was not solved. Instead now the Face ID stopped working. After our first two terrible experiences we decided to forget about the problem as the phone was still usable.. sometimes.. fast forward to the day that I am writing this. The phone was dropped the night before onto a carpet. The lcd stopped working and only 1/5 of the screen is visible. Completely frustrated I brought the phone in to see what could be done. Instead of offering me options, or trying to help in any way, my girlfriend and I were accused of abusing the device. The tech had a completely unprofessional attitude and was outright rude. When we asked to speak to someone else we were told to "get lost" I would never recommend this shop to anyone as it has only cost me more and more money. They are completely unprofessional and quite frankly extremely rude. Almost seemed like a scam the way they refused to help even though the phone has been under their "Warranty". read more

Pros: Nice people Cons: Phone won't be the same after (skip to end) Day one: Went in, showed them my phone (cracked screen), the person realized it was actually just the tempered glass that broke (screen protector) - they peeled it off - no repair needed. Super nice and honest (awesome) Day Two: Within 48 hours of going there the first time my phone slipped out of my pocket, cracked the screen for real... Took it in for a repair, they replaced the screen $100. The colors are different, they are off a little and more dull. Second there was a small blue spot bottom of the screen barely noticeable, but what was worrisome was at one point the screen's pixels kind of went crazy and would flash and change randomly around the screen (though it went away when I restarted the phone) Day Three: They replaced the screen again (awesome) blue spot went away but colors still dull, also now whenever I end a phone call and return to the home screen, the display flickers endlessly. I cannot go back because I was just in the area for business and by the time I can the 90 warranty will be up. So far my phone is still usable but I am disappointed, I traded $100 and one set of problems for another... I should have just waited until I could bring it to an Apple store - the cost is only $130 so for $30 more I could have gotten an official piece of hardware installed and presumably none of the quality issues I am experiencing now. read more

Service was fast - all in all, the repair took about half an hour. All of the employees were pleasant and quick to help (I worked specifically with Diana and Dan). I purchased a phone case from here. I had it exactly one week The owner said it would protect my phone better than the one I had. I did have a few scratches on my screen. I put my phone with new case in a grocery bag with a change of clothes . I dropped the bag and the screen shattered I went back and same man would not even give me the $20 I paid for case let alone fix the screen. My Galaxy S5 had a hairline crack around the edge which i could not see for ages, but it caused my screen to black out and touch functions stopped working. After stopping at T-Mobile to see my options, i decided rather than claming insurance ($175), i'd just get the screen fixed. I went here and was quoted $212 to fix it. Extremely pricey... but i guess that's to be expected. They were busy since it was a Sunday but my phone was fixed in an hour. The shop itself is clean but smells kinda funky - like petroleum or something idk. They've got a huge glass container filled with shattered screens and broken phones lol it looks kind of cool. There's a small seating area in the corner to wait while ur phone is being repaired. The shop repairs most phones but they are not cheap.. a guy came in with a shattered Nexus 6 and he was quoted almost $300. They've got loads of accessories for phones (cases, screen protectors etc). Also, if someone tells you they haggle prices - they do not. I was told if i did, i could get a cheaper price but they didn't budge. A few customers came in the same day and tried the same... doesn't work lol. Had a cracked screen replaced on my iPhone 6+ back in January and my phone is still in great working condition. I did not experience any functionality issues or changes in response time like some of the previous reviews mentioned. Had no need to use the 90-day warranty but it's there if you need it. I went here a few days ago to replace the battery on my iPhone 5 and I have to say that I was thoroughly pleased. First of all they only charged me $50 as compared to the apple store which charges you $80 and you have to talk to 8 ppl before you even give them your phone. I literally waited 10 minutes here and my phone was as good as new :) . I also replaced the front screen on my iPhone 4 for only $69 which was a great deal. Very helpful service - I was verys satisfied! Highly recommend it. I accidently dropped by Samsung Galaxy s3 on the floor and cracked the entire screen. The glass shattered so much I couldn't even touch the screen without getting tiny shards of glass in my fingers. I did not get insurance on this phone so I called Samsung Technical Support to ask how much it will cost to fix it and they told me $178 and it will take 2 weeks (2 days to ship it to them, 3-5 business days to fix it and then 2 more days to ship it back --- INSANE!!!!) Then i found this place on google and called to find out how much and how long. They said $99 and it will take about an hour. I dropped it off on my lunch break and picked it back up after work. Phone was as good as new. They even threw in a free screen cover.
