I am 100% happy with the outstanding service provided by Smartphone Repair Center! I have tried to get repairs done by both my cell phone carrier (who wanted me to leave the phone for several days) and by the manufacturer (who was extremely over priced). The repair I needed was a new charging port when I got in to the store I was promptly greeted and asked how they could help me. I explained what was going on with my phone ant the tech said no problem we can fix that right away. He looked at my phone and told me I needed a new battery as well because it was swelling. I thought I had bent the phone because sometimes I forget to take it out of my pocket when I sit down. I was provided a quote for all the repairs which I was surprised by how low it was. I expected to be told to leave the phone and come back latter, but no I was told to have a seat it would take about 45 minutes to do the work. Less than 30 minutes later I was on my way out the door with a repaired phone and a smile on my face. I will recommend Smartphone Repair Center to everyone who asks me. 1/7/2021 My iphone8 had lost its' ring. I had two family emergencies happening at the same time. I needed to be able to answer a lot answer calls NOW. I drove to Smartphone Repair Center-Racine. These guys are honest and efficient. I went to them with an older Samsung 4 that AT&T told me had worn out and needed to be replaced; I could barely hear the person on the other end, though they could hear me fine. The volume settings were right, so I figured I was probably going to need a new phone. It never occurred to me to clean the speaker at the top/front of the phone. The charging port to my Galaxy S3 was not working properly. The only way I could get it to work was to wiggle my charger to get it to charge!
