They do a great job with being efficient but they recently replaced my screen this past march and now my touch sensitivity will shut off and I have to constantly turn my phone on and off to reconnect my screens ability to function. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services. read more

Last month I had an issue with a VERY old flip phone - where it looked like a wire bent away from the battery and it was not working. The gentleman who gently put this wire back into place for me was so professional (I wish I could remember his first name - I think it may have started with an "A" ) I thanked him profusely since the family member who uses this relic (10 years old) of a phone insisted she needed THAT one repaired since she feels the most comfortable using it (rather than the new iPhones, etc... that have been on the market for years.) I contacted Smartphone Repair Center to find out information on pricing and time required for the repair. It was exactly what they said it would be. My iPhone 8 had a cracked screen. I walked in (no appointment necessary) and dropped off my phone. It was ready and looked good as new in about a half hour. The repair only cost about $89 with tax. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone with a cracked phone. read more

Dropped my iPhone 5s and shattered the screen. I brought my phone in and they had it fixed within a 1/2 hour. The store is clean, store hours are good, and employees are really professional. There is a nice waiting area with a tv while you wait, I left and came back. I looked at prices for my daughters iPhone and the cracked iPad, gonna have those done next. I went in uncomfortably close to closing (4:30) on a Sunday and was greeted warmly and set up for a quick iPhone repair. I was told to be back no later than 4:50 because of them closing at 5. I was greeted again with my unbroken iPhone and was happy to pay the $135 for the repair. It's not the exactly same screen but honestly I like the replacement better than the original! My phone actually feels lighter. Hopefully, I won't need to replace my screen again but if I do I'll definitely be back! Many thanks!! read more

I would have given 5 stars but it wasn't the cheapest ($89.00), but then again I have an Iphone 6s and it seems everywhere is expensive for Iphones. Where do I begin. 1st I was quoted a price over the phone to repair a charging port flex cable and was told the parts were in stock. Then I received an email for a different price through Yelp. This place has a big sign that says fix in 30 min. I was told come back in 45 minutes. They even asked if I wanted to pay before the work was done. Thank goodness I did not prepay because 30 minutes later I find out they do not have the parts in stock after all. I drove 1.5 hours to to come to this place, only to drive home for another fix somewhere else. Since Smartphone Repair Center refused to honor the $10 Yelp discount (said I should contact Yelp for it), and the manager practically begged me to give a bad review on Yelp, this is definitely NOT a business I will frequent again. I urge everyone to find an alternative source for repairs. They get one star because you have to give at least one. read more
