They also have super limited office hours on Sunday (which is when I had to go), and with the fact that I had already unloaded everything I couldn't leave it open to go find a reasonably priced lock elsewhere. Of course the manager didn't tell me that the gate was open until 10 p.m., so I thought I only had till 2pm (it was 1:45pm). They also don't insure your stuff, you have to pay extra for that (what???). And guess what! There's more hidden fees. You also have to pay a $25 "administration fee". Such nonsense.

It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Ashanti was incredibly helpful in showing us the unit sizes and setting up our account and giving a tour of the facility. We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. Finally, everything is accessible via phone app so no keys involved! Thank you to the staff on site for the beautiful property upkeep and solid service. I have already recommended to friends!

Over the week I called 4 times, never reaching a live person, having to leave voice message Each time. Was finally contacted to say claim was submitted and being processed. Two weeks later no contact again from anyone. Over the following two weeks 4 phone calls were not returned. Called a 5th time, only this time I went to the sales line, which is always manned by a live person. And as expected, call was immediately answered by a live agent in Customer Service, where again, I left a message requesting a callback from the Ajax location to call me. Message was delivered Thursday June 18 approx 2pm. Will update when I receive my callback.
