She was rude, missed most of the hair, stated it's too short (it wasn't it was 1/2"), lifted my skin in multiple places, and couldn't tell me what brand of wax they use. Her tools were scattered all over the countertop, on dirty paper towels, not in disinfectant where they are legally mandated to be, so I refused to let her use them. She argued with me when I explained that I had not shaved, and that I know the hair is long enough since I'm a licensed cosmetologist and have been waxing other people and myself for 15 years. I have not taken and medication for 9 years. Thanks to Clara. I have been to very expensive Spas and they were not half as good as C's Medi Spa. Clara is highly educated in all fields of beauty. If you plan to go to a Spa - C's Medi Spa is the only place you should consider. PS I am in my 70's and no one ever guesses my age correctly.
