I was willing to wait, and I showed her the text message but she responded very nastly, and with a very aggressive attitude "you wont argue with me", so I left. I DO NOT recommend this person. She should be looking for another job if she does not like this job, unless she is always polite and professional. If this is the case, I cannot help to think she was rude to me because my accent or the color of my skin. Which will make Elizabeth a racist. In this cade, she shouldn't be working with people, if she doesn't know how to treat people. read more

Arrived at this location that advertises "walk-ins" wanting only a quick trim. The time was 6:14pm. No one greeted me so I stood at the counter for a few moments. A blonde lady (hair in a ponytail) walked up and asked if I had an appointment. I explained I did not and just wanted a quick trim. She informs me "it will have to be tomorrow then". They close at 8pm, no one else waiting, but can't do a 5 min trim....smh. I definitely DO NOT recommend. read more

I went in to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and came out with my skin literally ripped off.When I went in to tell the manager she didn't seem to care and was asking if my skin was sensitive and didn't want to even apologize and didn't even ask who did it to me she was very unprofessional.Now I have 3 scars on my face because of that place. read more

I came in with hair that is a hot mess. Gerica went above and beyond to help me, and did a great job. My hair was so messed up I was actually turned away by a different salon, kudos to Gerica for the knowledge and skill to handle my hair. read more

Haircut was good and quick. Included a nice shampoo as well. It is located in be walmart even though there isn't a sign on the outside. It's next to the cashiers and bank, etc in the front. Store was a little messy with boxes around. But no wait and good haircut so no complaints. Other than the price at $15.50, a bit high for a walmart haircut place for a man. The prices looked good for color and other women related things. read more

Very upset with this location. I have tried three times now to get my hair trimmed and they say that they take their last client at 730pm. Their website says 8pm. They have no remorse and are not apologetic to the fact that they are declining a customer. Was told today the lady I spoke with had a client at 7pm so i would have to get there before 730 even? How does that work with a walk in facility? You dont choose what time I arrive? If you close at 8pm, fine. But every other facility stays open until 745pm atleast taking customers. Bad customer service. Didnt even want to give a 1 star review. read more

Had a good experience. Needed a hair cut and usually to go a competitor. Got a coupon at the back of my receipt in Wal-Mart, Richmond, for a $9.99 haircut and noticed no one in line, so decided to give them a try. Glad I did! Had lots of compliments on my haircut thus far. Will definitely visit them again in the future. read more
