ive been going here for about 6 months now, the prices are decent and everyones nice enough. theyll answer questions and help you out. during covid the security guys never have their masks over their nose but the staff is usually pretty good. ive only see a few who have issues keeping their nose under fabric and now i just always wear a filtered mask when i go in. the reason im giving 2 stars instead of 4: i think they pocket the atm fee paying with debit:/ when i first started going and paying with card they would charge a $3 fee and give it back in cash. i would usually drop it in the tip jar, but as time went on i noticed the fee on the receipt stayed the same but i sometimes received $2- and then $1. the most recent time i went, the cashier said nothing and i didnt get any cash back. if that is the new protocol then i would love some transparency, but considering how inconsistent it is, i cant trust it to be policy. ive been considering trying some new places, ill probably be back but i know its not the best and ill start bringing cash read more

It was my first time here. You get a 30% discount for first time patients. The bud tender over charged me and didn't give me the 30%. I went back in asked for change and I didn't receive it. After calculating I went back in for a 3rd time and spoke to the security guard who helped me with a different bud tender that fixed everything. read more

Only draw back really is the dude that was helping me made a suggestion and after spending $50+ I get home only to realize he gave me the wrong one. I came in 7/18/21 around 1:30p to buy a big chief which comes around to 25.40, I had exactly $40.00 gave them two 20s and in return they gave me my big chief a pre-roll and $2.00 for my change...I was expecting about 14.00. I'm not even a first time patient and they gave me a pre-roll. These people tried scamming me, specifically the light skin black dude. The Hispanic "manager" tried covering for this dude but they straight tried scamming me/over charging me for a big chief cart. Y'all still had the nerves to throw a pre-roll in my bag, cheap fucks. Menus are never updated. Not on Weedmaps or their website. They have a number to text to confirm that items are in stock but nobody ever responds. Pickup orders mean nothing. Several times they have confirmed my order for pickup just to arrive and find out they are out of stock of everything I ordered. I , usually don't leave any reviews for weed shops . But I had to , I state that my experience here has been nothing but good . I have met some really professional bud-tenders. I can not believe how unprofessional Cindy or Cynthia was . Which happens to be the night shift manager . I had came on Friday , to buy some weed around the afternoon , and it completely looked different than the one in the jar . So , I was bummed out about it . Because it looked like the grass the cows eat . So disappointing because that's the first time that happened to me . I didn't go back to return it this day , I kept it because I didn't feel like going back . I go the next day , Saturday and I get helped by this guy with tattoos a bit short , had a hat on . I told him about my past experience , with getting weed that totally looked different than the one on display . I repeatedly told him that I wanted the " Jeff " GG #4 . And to please make sure it was exactly the one that I wanted . I wasn't rude , I even said " thanks for helping me out " . I'm heading out of the weed shop , when I was about to roll up , I opened the sealed bag , it was the same thing as last time . I couldn't believe how this bud-tender , didn't follow instructions . How can you still get an order wrong after , multiple times of me telling you what had happened the day before . I'm already so annoyed by this , I had to come back because someone in Cynthia's team had completely messed up order . I took time of my day for somebody's unnecessary, unprofessional behavior towards a patient . Still , nothing personal at this point .. then I came in and I quickly told that Cynthia girl , I needed help because I got my order wrong . Then the guy that had gave me my order wrong was there . I know he knew I had just came in because it took me like 10-15 min to come back in there . So unprofessional , pretends like I'm not there needing to get my order right . Takes a while , keep in mind there are about 5 bud-tenders , not sooo many patients . Then this other guy comes out , I explained to him that I got the wrong order . All I want is to get my order right and get going . Then , he basically tells me that , I might've given the guy the wrong name , clearly told the bud-tender multiple times what I wanted and with a clear voice . I explained like 3 times , like who has so much patience to keep explaining 20 times what happened . Then when I'm getting helped out , after the " manager " pretended like if the situation was being handled professionally . She came at me in a really aggressive , not specifically loud , but I can tell she was getting defensive. And that behavior to me is unacceptable, specially after all the unprofessionalism I was dealing with . She did explain to me that , she didn't HAVE to make their mistake into a good service . By telling me that , she didn't have to return it or exchange because I opened the bag , 3.5 / 1/8 was completely there . I didn't take anything keep that in mind , then she tells me that " You sound mad " I am so not sorry for blowing up on her , I'm glad I did . Because after all this unprofessional behavior she did ask for it . You guys need to better your team , I feel sorry for the good bud-tenders , but not for the bad vibe , unprofessional bud-tenders. I've worked behind a counter at a weed shop, sorry sweetie your not a " manager " . You know you had attitude , you knew exactly what you were provoking when you asked me " You sound mad " why would a " manager " ever say that to a patient that y'all clearly got all kinds of messed up . You mad because I caught the attitude , stood up for myself , and told you " I am not the one to do that to " respect is everything . And this was completely uncalled for . Also , as a legit shop , professionally , my information should be deleted since I am no longer a member there .
