Website says "boutique hotel." Definitely a little different than your typical hotel. There's snacks and drinks in the fridge for purchase if you don't mind paying the prices, but check the expiration dates on anything. All the juices, sprite, chips, and a few other things were already expired. Pool is nice with pool towels available to use. Pillows are trash. All super soft. No versatility. Bed's comfy though. tv has streaming apps on it. If you're not on WiFi, phone loads SLOW in the area. During our stay, there was a maintenance issue causing us to have no hot water for 3/5 nights. Cold showers suck.. overall the stay was decent though. Can order room service or go eat at the bar and grill (Canteen) (really good Cesar salad, fries, and mashed potatoes. Steak was cooked nice but under seasoned) or a very short walk to a few other places. Not sure if it's because there's balcony access, but you can hear everything outside. Not awful, but you can hear it. ...headboard...really squeaky. Just FYI.

I'm never in College Station but with a meeting in Huntsville and another in Brenham it seemed like the ideal location between both points. A friend recommended Calvary Court to me, and it was a whole lot better than I expected. I'm not sure if this is a remodeled old highway motel or if it was built to look like one, maybe at one point it served as barracks but either way the hotel is beautifully decorated in a military motif with a Texas twist. First hotel room I've stayed at with a full sized refrigerator, but with all the drinks and snacks in it could fool people into thinking it's there for the taking without knowing they'll get charged for it. Bed was a bit hard but had comfortable linen and each room has its own thermostat to control the temperature. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a chance to grab a bite at The Canteen, which is the hotel restaurant and I highly recommend the Calvary burger. It is delicious and the restaurant staff were just as friendly and welcoming as the hotels. If any of you travel to College Station for that farming school or to visit on a weekend, I highly recommend the Calvary Court. And, by the way... Hook'em Horns!

Passing through the area for a night and stayed at this super cute hotel. Outdoor space included a pool and plenty of seating, a bar on premises and staff was very helpful. I like to travel with food so I appreciated the full-sized fridge in the room. No A&M games going on so it was fairly quiet, but I'm sure this place is nuts during the season. It's walkable to a lot of attractions nearby so you can keep your car parked in the lot across the street. They have the usual amenities: free WiFi, fitness center, business office equipment in the lobby for use, plus it's a pet-friendly hotel! Even the extra cot we asked for was comfortable! Only downer was they don't have ice makers in the hotel, but I was able to grab ice from the bar next door. Definitely the best hotel experience I've had in College Station, and I'd come back in a heartbeat!

I have stayed at several of these properties and have always loved them, this time is different. We had a mix up at check in, which was not necessary, I ended up with the room I booked. Once in the room there was a cough drop stuck to the furniture. Second night in room and I flip my pillow to get in bed and find mold on the pillow/pillowcase. They sent someone to switch out the pillows. This use to be such a cute and very clean hotel, always enjoyed my stay, but this time is very different. ***I was contacted by the manager and was offered a complimentary night, for a future reservation

Such an adorable room. Wasn't thrilled about the first floor accommodations but still pretty quiet. Unique set up with an inner courtyard but terrible parking!

The buffalo wings were so good we ordered two more servings. The pool is great and the cabanas are nice. With a day of drinking and all the food 150 coconuts

Such a fun place! Even better than their sister property in Austin, Cavalry Court is a great boutique motel. We had two rooms so that the kids and my mother-in-law were comfortable. The rooms are large, retro and comfortable. The restaurant has great service and a variety of tasty food. The duck burger was an especially nice treat. We rode bike provided by the Court around the campus and to local business. An evening beverage at the fire pits were the perfect finish to a wonderful day. Such a great time! We will stay there again.

Love CC! What a wonderful hotel! Beautifully decorated, spacious, great location. Amber checked is in and could not be a better representative for the hotel. Our cutie Goldens we're greeted with open arms. Hotel room is well decorated and very clean. The grounds and pool are so nice. In the center of a nice upscale shopping area. Will return!

Safety is a facade- gates to parking lot never are locked Need to bring earplugs- all night parties in the courtyard are very loud, the area echoes terribly. Called to complain and nothing happened. You bring in live bands and the courtyard is packed- but no crowd control or security anywhere in site. Trash is left from overnight parties everywhere you look. I saw beer cans and bottles left from the night before in the same spots at 6am and 4pm Bugs in the room- ants and other bugs. I killed them all. Too much of a bother to call the office when they didn't help with anything else. I will never stay here again and do not recommend to anyone unless you are looking for a frat party.

The bathroom is large although I found the shower a bit odd as there is no floor spacing with the shower area as there is no separation from the drain. So if you shower, have the curtain up and hope that the water doesn't accumulate. The exercise room is pretty big with complimentary towels and water bottles although the exercise machines are right in front of the windows so the sun may shine on you as you're trying to attack the treadmill. The pool area is spacious with plenty of lounge seats. There's also cornhole in the massive yard next to the lobby; a nice touch. Parking is complimentary with valet parking available. There's a few shops/restaurants nearby that you can dine at if you don't want to venture further out in the Bryan/College Station area. I'd be open to staying here again as this was one of the more impressive Marriott properties I've encountered.

Pam was just a blessing helping do everything at the last minute like setting up the Bluetooth music, pinning the boutonnière on the groom and even fixing peoples hair unprompted. The a/c was pretty obnoxious, and couldn't seem to make up its mind from being hot and stuffy to cold and freezing. They offered a complimentary continental breakfast, but we took about one bite from their eggs made from some just-add-water and heat recipe, and spat them right out. Ick. The sausage seemed like it'd been frozen for a long time, and barely warmed over, yet somehow still overcooked. The front desk was nice, and offered a bunch of pamphlets, and a computer lounge, but no instructions on how to use it. The elevators worked just fine. Parking was easy- the place was relatively empty when we visited, so there was plenty of parking, with great drainage. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but nothing over the top. I booked a 2 queen 2 room suite and I really enjoyed the layout. It didn't feel so congested and this can be a perfect room for a family of 3-4 to offer some privacy as the couch is also a pull out bed. The hotel wasn't as modern but it was still a nice hotel. Later in the evening I opened my bed stand drawer and noticed dirty napkins inside which made me think that housekeeping missed that which is pretty gross but I just left it alone as so understand mistakes do happen and thankfully I don't use the drawers in hotels anyway. What I was most excited about booking here was the complimentary breakfast!!! You cannot beat an omelet bar and it was tasty!! There's many options to choose from and I love that they let me get an extra omelet for my sister who was in the room sleeping and didn't even question it. We had the second day booked at the TAMU conference hotel and figured that since it was only one night, it didn't really matter where we stayed and I knew I could rely on Marriott's quality hotels for this stay. I found this hotel on their website and it looked modern and clean so I booked it. However, I was a bit taken back when we arrived and noticed a particular smell (a mix of old, smoke & mold - even though there are signs saying not to smoke) as we entered the lobby. We figured maybe it was just the lobby. We were given a room on the second floor and as we entered the room we noticed that it was extremely cold (maybe 60 or lower degrees) and my husband said that perhaps it was set that way because of the smell, which I didn't notice as much when I first entered. I went to use the restroom and immediately felt a urine odor and then saw some dripping stains on the wall in between the toilet and the sink, which appeared to be urine. We lowered the temperature and noticed the smell of mold and urine got louder as the room warmed up. We went to pick up food and my son, who is extremely allergic to mold, begin to sneeze and had a running nose. We called the front desk and told them about our experience and they offered to move us to another room but unfortunately the problem seems to be over the lobby and the hotel as a whole. We let them know that we simply couldn't stay because the hotel did not meet our expectations of a Marriott hotel. I am a platinum Bonvoy member and have stayed at various Marriott hotels over the last decade, of all levels, and unfortunately this hotel has been by far the worst. What made it worst is that we were told by staff that we would get a refund but we never did. When I called to speak with the manager, James, he was unapologetically rude and didn't seem to care much about our experience and more concerned about whether or not the staff had promised us a refund. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for anyone who cares about the condition and cleanness of where they stay or the customer service that typically comes along with a Marriott family hotel. Go down the street to the Residence Inn or any of the other ones in the area. It's not worth it. It is also most certainly NOT a family friendly hotel. My husband said it reminded him of the low quality hotels in the projects.
