This place is absolutely delicious. Burgers and smash fries are incredible. I have always loved in n out but this place is the closest second to In n Out I have ever tried. So the review isn't based on texture but solely on flavor. The flavor of the burger for me was disappointing. The quality of the meat they use isn't impressive. It has to be cheap. I know it's a smash burger but the meat was overcooked. I added bacon to a burger a paid the up charge of over $2 Honestly I couldn't see much less taste it. The quality of the buns used was also cheap. The fries are whatever. I got waffle fries. This is the first and honestly only time we will order from here. There are many other options for burgers that I would prefer to order from including drive thrus before coming here. Yelp I should have taken heed to the lower stars. Honestly I usually don't like to try restaurants with less than 4 stars but since these folks were teetering on the edge I decided to try them. Can't say I'm glad I did. First time trying this spot, the menu was pretty simple which makes it so easy to order. Asked some questions and the girl was amazing, great customer service and very personable! We got the triple smash meal and single smash meal with fries and onion rings, the burgers actually had a taste to them and not bland like so many other burger joints. Honestly the burger was fire. The flavor was great the meat texture and how they cut the bun was unique. Their sauce is also super yummy. I got ranch with the fries and it tasted homemade which is a plus. We didn't wait long for the food. I had some questions when ordering based on videos and Instagram posts I had seen online with food options and tbh the guy wasn't able to help me so I just ordered quickly. We can honestly say after several visits here; it's consistent, it's good quality and it's worth the price! The burgers and the shakes are the absolute best! The fries to me are just "ok" and the onion rings are good. The waffle fries are the way to go for a side and ask for them "Extra Crispy". So glad to have a smashburger spot in Visalia and they're awesome! It's a simple dressed burger and it's all it needs. It's the best of what you can get in each bite. Add jalapeños or bacon and you've just elevated an already incredible burger. Get those waffle fries I mentioned and a delicious shake and you're set. The milkshakes are thick and creamy with real ice cream flavor. The Biscoff was by far our favorite, but strawberry definitely tied for me. Making it a regular thing to come here on our days off now! It's nice that they're on DoorDash so I can get it delivered when I'm craving a delicious smashburger. If you haven't been here yet, absolutely a must try when you're craving a great combo. Sigh. Honestly. Do I recommend ? I'm on the fence about it b/c they are new. But if my experience is like this 4 to 6 months from now. I would not recommend. I had to wait 30 minimum for my spicy burger and fries. Another customer was complaining about one of the cooks not wearing a net. I didn't see it but they were bothered about it. If you go. Don't go during peak lunch hours or within the peak hours of people getting off of work. The tables were dirty, the trash was too full to place my trash in after I ate. As of 10/19/2025 - they are hiring and definitely need help. The community is supporting but they are taking too long to complete an order. I'm not sure if the issue is organization or communication but there is a clear issue. Personally - I won't be returning anytime soon. But if you go - just be warned. Respectfully. Tried this place for the first time on April 2nd around 4:15 p.m. The restaurant is fairly small and was completely empty when I arrived. There were three employees -- one female and two males in the back. One of the shorter males was cooking on the grill while the other stood talking with him. I ordered a triple burger and a double, and it took about 15-20 minutes to receive my food despite the place being empty. The food was okay -- not the best smash burger I've had, but still decent. Well i tried this place, and very disappointed with the food, the service was ok but mopping the floor while people is still eating and ordering is not a sign of a good restaurant etiquette when ur closing time is still in 2 hrs. Ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was salty and a little burnt, so as the bbq burger and the crinkled fries is well done. We were going to in and out but gave this place a try as they close at 12. The smash burgers were good and definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. The young woman with dark hair and a nose piercing was noticeably rude to me and my family, while being very friendly to other customers. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially when she spoke rudely to my granddaughter for simply touching something on the counter. The buffalo chicken fries were also very messy in presentation and just average in taste, as if they were rushed. I waited over 33 minutes for a smash burger when there were maybe seven people in the store. It works in a pinch and the burger was tasty. In my opinion, it doesn't really separate itself from any other smash burger spot, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's good, and I would go back. First it's a franchise business. Yet this franchise business needs a lot of customers service to improve. There is a fair amount of seating for about 18 to 20 people. If you don't mind being close to each other. As you can see there was about 10 seating when I placed my order. So now to the food and prices. First $4.99 for onion rings, yet by today's standards not a bad price. Second the picture in the store shows more onion rings than we got. SIX ONION RINGS FOR 4.99, so that's .89 an onion ring. REALLY? Oh but the best part we got 10 packets of Ketchup for our 6 onion rings. We ordered the spicy smash at $9.50 each and the combo plate was $14.99 which includes fries and a soda. It might have been better to get cold combo. Now back to the burger which I doubt it was 2oz of meat. No question the burger it self was tastey, and no question it was smashed, grilled jalapeño peppers, onions, cheese and secret sauce which to is little sweet in taste. If you want lettuce and tomato on it you have to ask. Now there was couple with kids when we ordered and our food came out before there's. Now keep in mind it took 23 minutes for our order and that couple was still waiting. There's lots of places that serve burgers in Visalia that we can eat at before I eat there again.
