The woman working the cash register(Tavrina-or sim) ignored me and an elderly lady behind us while she filled napkins and cleaned a counter, then wiped ice off of the drink machine. I finally said to her, "you have customers here" and she got very snotty with me, telling me about other chores she had to do. The lady behind me rolled her eyes at the treatment of a CUSTOMER. I really do love this place when they get it right but tonight (after a looooong week) I ordered a chicken bacon club without ranch and they instead put "no bacon" ... I double checked my emailed receipt to confirm... Bacon is a pricier item too... just a bummer. Especially since they did put ranch.. who needs avocado, mayo, AND ranch? Too saucy... at least they left the onion off my husband's burger... Another place that's local to my workplace, so convenient for evening stops (or lunch on the very rare occasion I don't take my own). This Smashburger location has not let me down. The staff are always friendly. The food is pretty good and freshly made and ready at the specified time of ordering online. Smashburger produces a good burger for being a fast food chain and worth the prices that are shared by places like McDonald's and Wendy's, where I often feel robbed because of the lackluster quality. I usually get the classic double and the beef, cheese, condiments, and veggies are doled out in good ratios. I am a big fan of Smashburger and, specifically, this location. I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. I walked in and all the employees were just sitting in the dining area talking. When I walked in no one greeted me one of them just got up and walked to the register and waited for me to order. They had the audacity to ask for a tip when they weren't even doing their job. One employee went back to make the order a minute or so after I ordered so this ended up taking a good amount of time despite no one else being in the store. Food was not even good, didn't get my drink till I had to ask for it. Poor service, lazy, rude very obvious why this store is slow. Do not eat here read more

So slow. Walked in, no greeter and the cashier just stood there confused, did not help. Someone from the back had to step up for him.

This place mellowed out since the lockdowns. Used to pretty bustling and bossy little corner of the shopping area, now it's pretty sociably manageable. The service was quick and softspoken, and the food was pretty fresh and delicious. Definitely more worth visiting around lunch time now that kids don't raid the place anymore. I love smashburger and everything they have to offer, but I had to wait 45 minutes for one burger...

I used to love Smashburger - and part of me still does. For fast, casual, carb heavy meals - Smash isn't bad. Now that I'm low carb, Smash and I don't hang out as much. Or ever. Till tonight. And why not? It's not everyday. And, during this crazy decade of a year, Yelp has made ordering via their app super easy. So, in the time it took my partner to share he was hankering for a burger, I had Yelp open and was searching my options in "current location." Love that feature. Less than a minute later, my order was placed and I'm back to heading home. Yelp makes me look like a super star multi-taker, lol. This Smash location was half way between me and home. Perfect. Pickup was just as easy as ordering and once I arrived to my "pickup parking spot," I called and let them know I had arrived. Not even five minutes passed and I was back on the road with dinner. Love their truffle fries and their sweet potato fries - thin and crispy. We had their bacon avocado burgers and enjoyed the carb loaded evening. For fast food, Smash is definitely a notch above. I have eaten there several times like there chicken sandwich. This time it was horrible! I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my meal. When others receive there orders in a few minutes. My sweet potato fries sat in the window for at least 15, ( I could see them) minutes, soggy and barley warm. (Terrible) Chicken sandwich not much better, don't know how long it sat before I received it. Then not as I had ordered it. I went up twice when person after person received there orders on time, while I was still waiting. When I finely received the food was just barely warm. Fries were like mush. We decided to eat at Smashburger, which was the first time. My wifes black bean burger was decent she said, the kids cheeseburger was fine, but my avacado bacon club crispy chicken sandwich was awful. I don't think I've had a chicken sandwich so dry and bland before. The chicken was hard and overcooked and dry as the Sahara desert. The bun was hard and just as dry with zero flavor. Even the cheese I added, combined with the avocado and mayo didn't help at all. Talk about a let down. My Colorado Burger was outstanding today. The chain occasionally hiccups on it. Last time I was at this store (Wads) it was outstanding then too. If I wasn't very hungry, I would have ordered Sweet Potato Smashfries which are some of the best of their kind I saw a huge line at In and Out nearby. My boyfriend knows that I love burgers; especially Bacon BBQ Burgers. I was pretty excited to try a new place especially since they have gluten free buns. However this place just lacked what I was craving and I was honestly disappointed. First, I repeated my order twice to the women and checked the order on the screen was correct. The order they gave me was not correct and lacked bacon. We found out when we got home. Second, the meat was really dry while the sauce was a bit too sweet to be honest. I asked for extra sauce and was given it; however even with the extra it sadly wasn't enough. The bun was really good for being gluten free but it was a small burger. I also got sweet potato fries as my side and while they seasoned them correctly the fries where so soggy! I wouldn't go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is an update to a previous review. Being a glutton for punishment I like to give a place that I've written a negative review about an opportunity to redeem themselves. In this situation that was not the case. When I posted the last review the owner (Lexi) asked me which location it was for. Really? Seriously? The Yelp review already has the address on it. So today I wanted a burger and decided to give them another chance. I got there right at 11am, the start of the lunch rush for other restaurants in the area. When I walked in I noticed that I was the only person there which was kind of creepy and the odor of raw sewage and urine almost overwhelmed me. I held my breath and ordered hoping it was just a last minute cleaning before opening. Nope, not only did the smell of sewage and urine not go away it seemed to get worse. I picked my burger up, took a bite and got a mouth full of greasy receipt paper. They actually placed my burger right on top of the receipt that stuck to the bottom of my burger and was hidden by the peppers, cheese, onions and grease. I'm sure the receipt paper and ink are OK for vegans or robots but in my opinion it was just gross not to mention a food safety hazard. The picture is attached. I powered my way through the burger and as I was leaving I looked around and noticed that after my brief encounter of about 25 minutes there was still not another person there. I usually don't review fast food joints or large chains; they already have established niches in the market and quality is predictable as it should be. However, in my quest for the best burger, and having rated Shake Shack so high, I thought it fair to revisit Smashburger to compare apples to apples. Candidly, I was a big fan of Smashburger in the beginning. I thought their burgers were rich and flavorful. I usually order the truffle mushroom Swiss burger. They were a bit greasy but so good. As Smashburger grew, it seemed that quality started to waiver. I am not sure what possessed me to order it, but I tried the triple double....and wish I didn't. On my first attempt to pick it up, it took 5 napkins to wipe my hands. Then even more napkins to pat some of the grease off. After taking my first bite, the burger just slid apart. I should have complained but was too pressed for time. This cheesy mess may palate well for some but not for me. American cheese and the cheddar cheese sauce was too much...greasy, salty-couldn't taste anything but that awful cheddar sauce. I took another bite then scraped the cheese off and ate just the burgers. Even then, the rich beef flavor was not there. I may try my usual mushroom burger one last time, but this last visit was really disappointing. It may be sometime before I return. read more

I don't think my mind will change on how I feel about this burger joint-- simply expensive and very minimal sized portion burgers. I'd like to think that they compete with Carl's Jr. menu, and Carl's Jr., is a fast food chain with a drive thru. The pricing is tremendous, the fries can be overly salty, but the restrictions on this place is nothing. You can still request for extras on anything, but prepare to pay a little more, respectively. I am a fan of this spot, I simply think there is room for improvement. The overall Smashburger visits for me are 3 visits per year, which is still a tad bit over generous. I personally am a fan of the burgers, the greasiness and the drops of it, make my burger moreover messy. The staff are never a general problem, so I can dismiss that with a smile. The seating of the area are very spacious and still not so much of a problem. I am willing to come back, but for now, it's average. read more

He did NOT rush us and was kind enough to take us thru the menu choices we had. We had a wonderful tasty meal. First off, I think that Smashburger has the 2nd best burgers for a chain, and the best I've tried would be Culver's. Yes, I believe that Smash is slightly better than In N Out and 5 Guys however this is just subjective. What I do not like about Smashburger is when I go in and they completely screw up the order by putting some moron in charge of the cash register. When I went in to Smash and told the cashier what I wanted he told asked me several times what items I didn't want on my hamburger. I told him that I did NOT want cheese, no sauce, no tomatoes, and no onions. What I got was a hamburger with cheese, sauce, tomatoes and onions. His EXCUSE was that he was in training. Does a person have to be trained to LISTEN to the customer? If he was in training, then why was he the only person at the register? There should be someone there to teach this idiot on how to get the order right. I would like to thank Smashburger for wasting food, time and money. Smashburger has great food and horrible service, so I'll just go to Culver's from now on. read more

I went directly after opening and was informed that the kitchen was not ready, and my burger wouldn't be out for 30 minutes. I said, "that's fine, I'll just take a fries to go." That also wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. The cashier spoke with the person in the kitchen both times, who at first insisted the store wasn't open and then simply said that food wasn't ready yet - both in a surly tone of voice. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the fellow in the kitchen was the manager, so I left. I thought that surely this wasn't the way that Smashburger did business, so I called the corporate line to inquire and was told that the district manager would get in touch with me (and that it certainly wasn't the way they did business). After two weeks, I called back and left a message to let them know that I still hadn't heard from the manager. Now, four weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. read more

We've ordered from this Smashburger several times now. I order on the app so it's super easy to pick up. The food is delicious and I LOVE they have Udi's gluten-free buns. I have never been dissapointed by the quality of the food here, it has always been really good. That being said if you order sides that are supposed to have sauce with them like haystack onions or fried pickles make sure they give them to you if you are doing carryout, several times they have forgotten the sauce and then given me attitude when I come back in asking for it after getting to my car and finding out they didnt include the sauce. In case any smashburger people read this, my message to you is that sauce is a small thing but honestly if you have a side that comes with something like a certain sauce make sure its in the bag, we the customer are paying for it, and if you happen to forget (which is ok, we all make mistakes) dont give the customer attitude when they come back in asking for it, it was your job to make sure they had what they ordered and if you think its a hassell to ask the kitchen to make some more petal sauce for my haystack onions that never came with it at least you are getting paid for your time, I on the other hand am not getting paid to come back and ask for what should have been included in the first place after all I can choose to frequent other establishments and my business should mean something. aside from that the food is great, prices arent bad with coupons, and minus the whole sauce ordeal that most people probably dont care about the employees are usually pretty friendly read more
