I ordered a two meat plate with brisket and hot links with cornbread and a can diet Dr Pepper through Uber eats. It's got a regular Dr Pepper and pulled pork instead of the brisket I ordered. The BBQ is fair at best so not sure if I caught them on an off night or what but it sure didn't look like they even read the order. The receipt stapled to bag had everything correct exactly as I ordered but we couldn't seem to get the right food plated or in the bag. read more

For spending $50.00 on what looked good on the menu. We ordered a quarter pound of beef brisket a quarter pound of pulled pork a half slab of ribs mashed potatoes cornbread baked beans and coleslaw this was the most disgusting food we have ever tasted, nothing about it was good. Our dogs wont even eat any of the meat. So the next time we're in the mood for bbq'd ribs I will make my own food. Brothers BBQ has been cooking 'que in Denver for over 20 years. Lord knows they're doing something right! I've been craving BBQ lately and decided to cure my hanchering by ordering from a place I've never eaten from this past weekend. I placed my order on DoorDash, like I do most of the time. After scrolling the menu for far too long, I landed on ribs, mac and baked beans. I threw in a homemade banana pudding, too! Food arrived exactly on time and the portions were made for one hungry fool. My order came with six pork ribs and these were meaty as hell. I always opt to eat my first few bites without sauce to see what I'm dealing with. The verdict? They hit the spot and cured my craving, though I was hoping for more seasoning and umph to the ribs. Dipping into the BBQ sauce sweetened up each passing bite, but for me, didn't enhance the flavors as much as I would've hoped. Mac & Cheese and BBQ Beans were my sides. They were pretty standard and did the trick. Again, everything was fine and A-OK. Just wished there was more flavor overall. The star of the show was the Homemade Banana Pudding I dove into later that night. For starters it was a steal at $3. It filled the entire container! I like bananas but don't typically eat banana pudding. You're shooting yourself in the foot if you don't order Brothers' take on dessert. Good lawdy this was sweet, creamy and delightful! Though not on my list of local spots to run back to, I'd give these guys another shot. They have plenty of locations around Denver. Variety of BBQ sauces to suit every taste, bread was nice and soft, a good compliment to the tender meat. I would have liked the actual meat to be a little more flavorful, although the slaw helped. My wife and I came with a barbecue craving and we decided on Brothers BBQ. We came multiple times last year, but this year we laid off of it due to eating an excess amount of it. We ended up ordering a brisket sandwich with fries and a pulled pork sandwich. Onto the food! The brisket sandwich was pretty standard. I say this due to the brisket being pretty dry without the barbecue sauce, but don't think this was bad! The brisket was very tasty, I simply hoped it would be juicy without needing the BBQ sauce crutch. The pulled pork threw me off as some parts of the sandwich were juicy and others were simply dry. Again, this didn't take away from the fact that it was good but it did throw off the consistency of the meal. Now the fries were amazing. Crunchy, perfectly fried and tasty! I did not mind paying the extra amount for the side. Overall, Brothers BBQ serves as a good BBQ spot to try. The brisket was good and pulled pork was good. I've tried the ribs in the past and I must say they are worth it. I can't speak of them on this review, but how about coming and giving it a try yourself! read more

Checking back in after a year and got the same excuse covid excuses. Can't get beef ribs because of covid according to jasmine. COVID's been over for so long now. They won't serve antibiotic free pork ribs but only the cheapest products available. Still just one star. read more

After work looked for a close spot to eat at that served barbecue so we came here. Clean place, sports themed and super laid back. The best thing there is the blunt ends brisket. It's super delicious. The ribs were very tender. The Mac n cheese was okay and the coleslaw was okay. The brisket helped to get this place get 4 stars. read more

The review's had me hyped up, so I decided to try Brothers for the first time. The service was good, the dining area was clean though the seats could use some cushion. I ordered the 1/2 Slab Special pork ribs w/2 sides (beans/mac&cheese) and an order of the Burnt Ends (don't judge me). The ribs were o.k., I'll give them credit for being tender but they lacked flavor ( I had them with no sauce). Mac&Cheese/Beans were decent. BUT the BURNT ENDS, those are the reason they got 3 stars, (it would have been 4, but my butt hurt from the bench seating). Ok. Long time customer. Never coming back. Ordered beef ribs over the phone from the on-line menu. 12 ribs: $45. A little expensive, but worth it. I get there, and the bill is $54. Confused, I ask why, and he points to the sign, which has a $5 extra charge for beef ribs. On the on-line menu you get 15 pork ribs or 12 beef, but there is no mention of a $5 surcharge. I told him that the site didn't say that, and he didn't care. I left. I won't be back. The ribs are great. The service and customer care are not. And, at 3:00 the ribs were going to $3 per rib. So I would have paid $4.50 a rib just for lunch. Not happy. I drove 83 blocks to buy these ribs as a special treat. 83 blocks. I just checked their website menu. $44.99 for 12 ribs. 10 ribs for $36. And they were charging me $53 for 12 ribs. And now I get a response from the manager, and he does not acknowledge the pricing error or the wrong price on the on-line menu. Not coming back. What happened? My wife and I have eaten here many times. We have always had a great experience. Good food, quality and quantity. However, last night we both ordered sliced brisket, beans and coleslaw to go. We got home and began eating. The meat was very well done - almost burnt - and the most fat we have ever had on a meal from them. We are so disappointed in the quality of the food. A year ago I left a poor review of this place and felt compelled to update out of fairness. After a previous unsatisfactory experience I shared, we tried it again this weekend and it was terrific. The meat was so cold it had to have come from a fridge. Very little taste, which was substituted by sauces mixed in for flavor, corn bread might as well be called cake it's so sweet. Bland Bland and Bland! Seriously?! Way over priced and someone is scared of using salt. They bring 6 bbq sauces that you will need to bring moisture back to you chicken. Being from the east coast I'd never heard of Brothers BBQ before. When I drove past it I'd always ask my friends (I'm a HUGE bbq lover) in hopes of finding a decent spot, only to get mixed reviews. So I decided to embark on a smokey sweet journey and check it out. The first thing I noticed was the large yet kinda pricey menu items. Most sandwiches were around $8 and that doesn't come with a side or drink. You can get 1/4 pound bbq meat starting at $5 and going up, however if you're hungry that would be an appetizer. I decided to go with the Brothers sandwich with fries and a drink. Totaled to just under $12 and if I'm being honest, a slight disappointment. The fries were good. They came out hot and were thick (I prefer thin fries but I'm trying not to be a diva) but we're simply fries none the less. The sandwich was a sort of a train wreck. They attempt to mask the really dry meat by layering on onions, coleslaw, and sausage links. It just felt like the sandwich was a cover up for poorly cooked meat. Overall there's a slim chance I'll be going back. By far not the worst thing in the world but I can't say that it's good bbq. read more

Seriously disappointed with customer service. Ordered via Yelp, was supposed to get it within 30-40 mins. Called the restaurant after an hour and 10 mins. The food was still not picked up. Called three times before getting an answer at Brothers. The manager "Tyler" said grub hub has been having issues with drivers- then use a new vendor or don't use grub hub. She said there was nothing she could do about it. When questioned about why Brothers did not call me to notify us about the delay, she had no answer or resolution. Food was cold when received and links were burnt and Mac n cheese was watered down with no flavor. Call next time to update your customers that their food has been "sitting there for 20-30 minutes", Tyler. This would have been resolved and I could have picked it up. read more

The pulled pork was mostly slimy gristle, the Mac n cheese is watery , and the potato salad is bland. The brisket is ok. Their sauce choices are just ok as well. And to add a touch of cringe there is a female employee behind the counter that is wearing waaaaaay to much makeup and watching me eat. This is the first time I've eaten at a brothers BBQ and I don't think that I'll be back. I wish that I could less than one star. Omg the food was so fresh and hot, I had to let it cool down a bit, I got the pulled pork sandwich and fries. They were absolutely amazing, I ate almost all the sandwich but it was too much, I also had a pile of meat that fell out and I used that to make another sandwich the next day!! I highly recommend checking your receipt since a $5 tip was added to my credit card without permission. Verified this a.m. by the manager Jasmine. I left a small cash tip in the bucket which apparently was not appreciated. So get a printed copy of your receipt and then check it against the actual charges on your statement. BBQ done right. I have ordered delivery from Grub Hub, dined in and carried out and never has the food disappointed! I honestly can't choose which sauce I like the most, but my go-to is Sweet. Brisket & Pulled Pork are both perfectly tender and juicy, the potato salad and coleslaw are of the proper consistency and taste amazing, and the price is absolutely on point. The atmosphere of the dining area is kinda weird and uncomfortable, made moreso by lack of music and half of the tables still having chairs flipped up on them - this could improve.
